Scottish Football League, rule 23. Members’ Financial Records, “All Members and Associate Members shall keep detailed financial records of their activities and the board may arrange an inspection of all such records”.
In the absence of audited accounts for a new club, the board of the SFL are in a unique position to examine the financial records of The Rangers to ensure its leadership is not running amok with the Scottish game, in the same way previous incumbents of Ibrox did.
Or, a few months after Craig Whyte crashed a football club after telling everyone he had enough money to complete the season, will the football authorities look the other way? Again?

to observe and to detail who was present considering
the momentous decisions being discussed, i.e. kicking
a cheating club out of the game?

Why is EBT beneficiary and Head of the SFA Campbell
Ogilvie still employed by the SFA ?
How can the Scottish public be rest assured that
Campbell Ogilvie has indeed taken a back seat in matters
pertaining to Rangers FC & Sevco considering he presided
as Director/Treasurer over possibly the biggest ever case
of sporting malfeasance by anyone in the history
of sport ? His defence of ignorance of wrong doing is not
credible. His statement that he felt that he hasn’t been
doing his job since February is therefore more
unacceptable.
When did he ever, other than preserving the continuation
of Rangers FC, did his job as set down by the statutes of
the association that he is head of ? and does the lack of
any coherent action not bring charges of bringing the
game into disrepute directly onto the SFA itself ?
And if it does .. who handles this charge ?
Is it known now by the SFA that Sir David Murray
habitually lied to them and of so why have they
never intimated that knowledge to the Scottish public ?
Will an independent body eventually be appointed to
investigate how the SPL handled Rangers liquidation
and can we get assurances that this will not be buried
under any new possible league reconstruction ?
How much exactly or approximately did Rangers FC benefit
financially from the kickback from the EBT ‘loans’,
i.e. how much sponsorship, winnings, etc over and above
their inherent turnover, did they gain from it ?
When without the EBT usage and associated benefits
(as above, winnings, CL money etc), would Rangers FC
been declared bankrupt ?
Why ? When it was apparent that vast quantities of
external revenues were being used to finance the
Ibrox club (Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH
write-down, etc, etc, etc) did nobody in the SFA ever
demand reassurances when things started looking bleak
when Lloyds arrived to take over the financial dealings
at Rangers ?
The 25m pound wage that Dave King picked up via EBT 6
months after joining Rangers, why were the SFA content
with this transaction ?
How would any of the former Rangers board who insisted
that “the debt was coming down” when Craig Whyte took
over (which of course it wasn’t it was skewed by two
years of CL money) have funded the club in the 2011/12
season and why did the SFA not seek any financial
assurances then ?
What does Charles Green know about CO & other SFA
members that permits him to act without fear of
consequences of his actions within the SFA
organisation ?
Does the SFA find the Ibrox crossbar challenge an
acceptable development ?
Why is the SFA not insisting that Sevco pay their
domestic and European football debts before spending
money on anything else ?
When will the SFA act on the repeated illegal and
provocative behaviour of Sevco fans ?

Huddle, I posted similar thoughts through the week. The FTT is against oldco as HMRC will be going for oldco not newco so no impact on chuckie and his sevconians. What will happen is the old board and owner may get a visit from HMRC and they shouldn’t stray too far from the toilet when that happens :))

CG or anyone else from Sevco might well have said that they’re in the clear as regards the FTT; as indeed they woule be, being NewCo, not OldCo. It wouldn’t be beyond Chris McLaughlin or anyone like him to misinterpret that.

The longer things drag on, I fear the worst.
The football authorities will do nothing, they have had ample oportunity to do anything, and done nothing.
In Fact they have bent over backwards to assist the huns, provided them with a licence, when no licence should have been forthcoming.
They have issued them with licences so they could keep afloat.
Their referees assisted in them winning leagues, so their bosses could issue said licences.
So, we can forget abut justice from the sfa/spl.
As for HMRC, RTC has said they will go easy on them……..
That’s about it.
The police will do what they are instructed, they have again had ample oportunity to act, crimes have been commited, like the football authorities, they have done nothing, and their instruction will be from a Political, Masonic stance, so I wouldn’t be holding my breath for any justice from that direction.
So, all in all, a few stripped titles, a judgement from HMRC that won’t be paid, well over 100 million of debt dumped.

To my knowledge, this is the only site which engages supporters of all clubs and, as it ‘s title suggest, hopes to be a watchdog for the game.
For all the crimes, known and still to be revealed, by Rangers, the biggest villains in all this are the SFA.
They are the supreme authority of the Scottish game and all this happened under their jurisdiction, with or without their compliance.
All Scottish football fans have a vested interest in those questions raised.
