  1. No way back from that i think.

A freak result, so let’s not get too carried away.

Sad that a magnificent achievement, which will probably never be bettered in Scotland, had to end against this Hearts team.

Thank you to every player who’s contributed to the record.

  2. Things we have learned when we lose we lose big.

    Take it with some dignity.

Get the drawing board out again. And go again.

    I’m gutted.

This was always going to be hard.

    It has been coming.

And forget what I said about energy. That’s them energised again.

We need to get through to the winter break without further damage.

But I’ll go back to my old mantra – never get too excited about a win and never get too down about losing.

    Over and out from me.

    Hail hail.

Pretty certain there was no contact for that ‘penalty’.

    ——-

    Is that a ‘joke’?

  4. Disappointed at the manner and the location of the defeat. But hey ho look how excited they are at winning one game.

  5. I think the run was becoming a millstone. Hate to see us get beat. Especially to them.

But Celtic are ever on the verge of not building on success. The fact that we never go a centre half in at the last window was shameful.

And the arrogance of our host also tells me that the boardroom are complacent.

  6. The No.13 Shorts on

In tbe spirit of the season of goodwill to all, Hearts have been brilliant to our utter shambles. Fair play. An emperor’s new clothes moment before it’s too late would be the silver lining.

Not been on for a while?

    Fancy you showing up today.

    What a coincidence.

  9. Hi Bhoys, I’ve just joined CQN. My name is Kevin McClure and I’d like to use my first post to thank you all for the very kind words posted on the news of the death of my Big Brother, Franny McClure, THEBARCAMOLE. I hope to be a regular contributor on the site but can’t promise to be as eloquent or the wordsmith that he was, HH.

On a positive, this result may lead to a bigger spend in January, every cloud…
