Did you see Barcabhoy’s post on the SFM website also a tremendous read putting to rest the idea that 30/40/50 million is going to solve all their problems, no matter what the Braintrust at Scottish Fitbaw Media think.
The later Television LP “Television” is one of my favourite LPs – fantastic stuff.

If the shows are still next to the pier there, it might cost you a fortune.

In simple terms, unorthodox means not funded by own resources, commercial debt or new capital.
There are problems with the Takeover Panel to overcome, and doubtless issues with existing Director-funders to solve. But King’s in a tight spot, and he’s a pretty “creative” guy when it comes to business. My guess is current creditors will be burned to make way for a bigger player with a wider interest. King needs a way out, and he’s unlikely to be concerned about the interests of his fellow travellers.
Whether it’s legitimate or otherwise I can only guess at, but given the public scrutiny and profile, I’d expect it to stand up.

Great stuff and by coincidence your ending ” expect the unorthodox” ties in with the final paras in my response to a decent Rangers fan on SFM an hour ago.
If I were being undiplomatic I would say expect more cheating for it is how they think.
PS. Embramike will recall a pub discussion where he drew my attention to why the same club old/club issue matters to him and lots of supporters feelings whereas, until then, I was viewing it mainly from the regulation perspective.
It’s all about honesty and integrity and if Celtic don’t realise by now just how “unorthodox” those behind the Ibrox outfit can be, there will be trouble ahead for us.
Domestic FFP properly applied is one safe guard but I think the Celtic family as a whole need to unite and need to become unorthodox ourselves and challenge the rules that keep us tied to due process when it is clear our opponents have no regard for them whatsoever and other clubs seem to care not a jot.
Time we tooled up as a family.
Thanks Mike :)

And remember all them years ago when Levein got cheated at the bigotdome and seemed to actually be a bit sympathetic to Celtic,,where did that go and what happened?
And although I hate to give any airtime to a 6 year old club the Stevie G thing and fresh investment is very interesting. I will try to get more info from some reds but It seems there is a bit of friction between him and BR.
