C.O.Y.B.I.G.
Celtic
Today’s starting line up
Gordon; Lustig Boyata Bitton Tierney; Brown McGregor Armstrong; Roberts Sinclair Griffiths
Subs: De Vries Forrest Ajer Gamboa Ntcham Rogic Dembele
C’mon the Hoops !!!
Auckland CSC
At Saltcoats for w/e with gkids, anyone know any Celtic friendly pubs?
Come on The Hoops
Onwards to the first final of the season!
Considering we are short in the central defensive area i have been disappointed with the integration of Ajer.
The SPL and cups were a good place to have given him game time considering he was a proven performer in those environments last season.
I can understand Brendan’s reluctance in the European games.
Bitton is a poor defender and the StJohnstone home game and Astana away showed his lack of command in such a vital position.
*** LAST MAN STANDING 9 ***
With (at least*) 2 picks still to come in and as all of my energies are soon about to be directed to the box in the corner then here’s where most of this week’s choices have gone.
And we have a new ‘first ever’ event to celebrate – all 10 of this week’s fixtures have been selected. Yes, even them!
Good look everyone.
* – still time for any last minute buy-backs: just let us know your intentions and pick before your chosen game kicks off. cqnpredictor@gmail.com

Logging in from the Bornean rainforest. Thanks in advance for the text updates.
I too would have preferred Ajer to Bitton, not just today but for the next 4 games. As a rule i prefer players in their best position as opposed to moving good players into their not-best position!
But still think we will hammer them.
What is with our club ,everytime Iog on to C Q N,some so called journalist, most ex Hun players, along with the usual suspects, having a go at some of our players, time for the club to send out a message, bar the lot of them and I mean the lot of them, nothing ever positive about our club, and if our club keep letting them away with all the negatively ,they speak and write about ,then in my eyes Celtic Football Club ,have let the fans down big time,
Two or three goal victory for the boys.
Good start with an early goal. Enjoy the game.
Good enough team to win the game.
Sympathy for Gamboa. He’s taken pelters after getting thrown in on his debut at Nou Camp, then again on Wednesday at Allianz – both games were as tough as they come. He’s not done badly against domestic opposition despite having no decent run of games to show best form.
Is BR taking no chances at RB, to nullify Hibs threat via Stokes on their left today?
Re CH cover – I trust BR sees more from Bitton than Ajer, in training each week?
No argument with CMG in for Ntcham.
3 good engines in midfield to cover wide pitch

Celtic to win both halves 9/4.
With all due respect Jimbob, leave banning journalists to the shower across the river. We are in such a positive place now with the foundations being laid for additional income in the shape of the hotel development, have a top class Manager and a team that has the makings of something special (and a treble already in the bag!).
Ignore the clowns and just enjoy Celtic
Oops…sorry…didn’t load 1st time (so it said!?)
Scandalously empty behind the Mount Florida end.

Not my happiest piece. Great opposition, yes. But Celtic HAVE to defend better.
Was In the Roll shop for breakfast (Sipsini) now for the Hibees on toast!! Hopefully

Good morning from a pre sunrise eastern seaboard.
Chosen side should be far too strong for Hibs.

Tom Boyd, hero, discussing the 10k empty seats in the Hibs end.

Spent second half of last season at Kilmarnock excelling by all reports as a central defender.
Has played as central defender at Celtic this season except for last week when he came on as a sub and played full back.
Good morning Lymmbhoy.
CONYBILG
No Hoops today?
We should always be in the Hoops if possible. No reason for it today:-((
Fat fingered Come on you bhoys in LIME green

HUDDLE

Farcical crowd and strips – oh dear Mr Bean the ref !
Once upon a time Celtic’s hoops could play Hibs’ green shirts at Hampden. None of this aphid vs black nonsense
A black shirt with gray written on the back and a green shirt with brown on the back.
