    Just back from watching the game in Sharkeys- 6 cracking goals giving a little payback for the little cup final and a well merited title for Lenny- my boys One Love Banner was also taken onto the park by Blackman at the end so he will be well chuffed. Just need them to fold to complete a great weekend

    Neil mentioned on one of the interviews that he would be trimming the squad and getting some new players. Also mentioned about what had happened to him off the field that he had taken all they could throw at him ( I cant remember exact words but it was along lines of that he was ready for anything else that they could throw)

     

     

    He is here for the long term, will not bend and will not break.

    In my youthful 54 years as a Celtic supporter I’ve seen us hammer many teams. However the quality of all six goals today was truly exceptional. Team were great and Mulgrew was on another level. Well done to Neil and the boys. Let’s build on this , get the keeper sorted, get a monster centre-half, a different type of striker from Hooper and Stokes and something creative in the middle or wide. A few players will go so let’s ensure we bring in quality. Let’s be up for the game next week and add the cup to the league.

    Celtic first and foremost must be about bringing through young players. Nailing the title early means we are in for a treat over the coming weeks with plenty visuals of some outstanding youngsters in the top team.

    Just because the Septics “can’t talk proper”, doesn’t make them right when they try and speak English? I try and not copy the Septics where possible. So, I say e.g. “football” instead of “soccer” and “finished” instead of “Done”, the latter especially when talking about another (former) team in Glasgow.
