For Jackie McNamara this is a test before arguably their biggest game of the season, next week’s Scottish Cup semi-final.
United are six points off the pace in the neck-and-neck battle between Aberdeen and Motherwell in re Best of the Rest race but face both these teams at home before the end of the season. United’s potentially bigger challenge are the home and away games against the champions. The fact is you have had a pop at our manager in a newspaper that played a major part in demonising Neil Lennon to the extent that he has and his family have had to put up with a tsunami of shite from Sevconian knuckle draggers over the past 13 years.

If any one watches the game they are one of three things: a Rangers International Fan, a mad keen lower league fitba fan (and they do exist and I admire them hugely) or a rubber necker waiting for more gore from the car crash.
I must confess, I’d be tempted from the point of view of the third type. So I’ve decided I won’t have anything to do with it. A tin pot, rookit, corrupt set of barstewards in a cup final that should be contested between two lower league clubs who live within their means not a wannabe tribute act already bloated and beyond repai from it’s own tawdry excesses. And when excess means keeping Lee McCulloch and signing, TEmpleton and Jon Daly then you know you really are minesweeping from the bar of life, hoping to find some flat champagne at the bottom of a Bolinger bottle but settling for a warm swig of babysham and licking cisterns in the hope that someone left a residue of something powdery and exotic from their wild party………
And apart from wanting to watch the semi comic, semi tragic effects of that what fun is there in it?

Celtic do a lot of things I don’t agree with. That particular decision has nothing to do with me. They advertise at loads of grounds in Scotland. That doesn’t mean people go out and buy it though.
