  1. The plan was we lose

Brendan gets in the neck from the media hoping to turn the fans against him

Celtic weakened because of disharmony among the support

    Drop more points

Alas for the delusional consumed by their own self importance

Class won the day and for that there is no substitute

    Natural order has resumed

I am honoured to say the cream is still on the top

  2. Bobby, Didn’t realise you worked in Wishae for a wee while. I did too through most of the 70s. There was and still is a great Celtic Pub, the Cross Keys. But if you were only there for a month and had to run for a train you probably missed it.

TONTINE TIM-don’t know if you got my reply but Holton was my uncle:-))

*I did, he had been a star with the accies and Bobby Ancell pounced on his signing before the bigger clubs made a move, he eventually went tae Chelsea but it didnae work out and ended up back with the accies where he starred once again,

  4. Was the Celtic game really played today ?

That’s the last 3 hourly BBC world news – sports bulletins not even mentioned our game

    Arsenal, Spurs then tennis

Why do we have to pay for this BBC service ??????

    Hurting hurting Huns

  5. talkin about boys guild teams, my team our lady and st josephs glenboig, were not too bad, a mr francis burns man u and scotland springs to mind.hh.

  6. I’ve looked at the red card again, and I see it as a definite red. Stupid decision by Simunovic and let his team mates down. Can anyone who didn’t think t was a red card tell me if they would have accepted a booking for Alves if it went the other way?

However, we overcame the odds and beat them anyway.

HAHAHA, oh dear. But yes, yes he has…

I’ve only been married a year so still haven’t mastered admitting I’m wrong…

    Testimonial year of course.

I know what words mean you know…honest.

  8. VFR

To be honest, i agree. I don’t think it was a deliberate elbow in the face but I think he was very stupid putting his arm out at that height – it’s dangerous.

  9. Big Packy, I think I.m right in saying this, you know which Boys Guild was the last in Scotland? Shotts St. Patricks. My uncle Frank used to coach the football team. I always remember in the later years hearing that there was as many non Catholic boys in the set up as Catholic boys. Just like Celtic, a club open to all.

thanks for the prayers.did you a MICK MCPAKE he told me he used to help train him to kick with both feet.

  11. !!Bada Bing!! on

Sportscene starts on Celtic defensive failings…..no fkn surprise.

…suck it up you hurting huns :))

  12. the long wait is over on

I thought Collum was outrageous today.

Typical stuff – we were pulled up / booked for everything while they fouled with impunity.

While Boyatas error for the first goal was outrageous the ball would have been nowhere near him had WC given a foul for the THREE pulls on JF’s jersey in the lead up to him losing possession.

The decision at 2-2 to award a foul against Dembele when his jersey was practically being ripped from him was unbelievable.

And Foderingham halfed KT When he got in behind and squared the ball.

That’s just what I recall of the top of my head.

To be fair the red card wasn’t his call. Simunovic was stupid in giving the officials an excuse but as someone else pointed out above no Rangers players would or ever have been sent off for that.

  13. Willie Collum’s performance, particularly 2nd half has to be questioned.

James Forrest had his jersey pulled about three times before he was clattered off the ball. The clatter could be 50 50 but not the jersey pull.

In second half at 3 – 2 he pulled up Celtic players at least twice when they had fairly won the ball and were heading clear on goal and it seemed most clash of bodies resulted in a foul for “Rangers”.

I know he is just a poor ref but decisions should even themselves out. They didn’t.

Removing suspicion that stuff like that is not governed by anything other than the to and fro of football will hopefully be an outcome of the Comp Off investigation, an outcome where the SPFL should take over some of the functions badly managed by the SFA.

  14. Ntcham 10

    McGregor 9

    Moussa 9

    KT 9

    Wee James 9

Celtic scored three of the best goals you’ll ever see.

Yet again CQN doesn’t let you down watched our 2-3 victory with our very own Weet Weet Weet, hope he enjoyed his Coatbrig experience with a few fellow tims :-)

  16. Love a result against thems on a memorable day:

    – Mother’s Day

    – St. Patrick’s Day

    – Valentine’s Day

    H!H!

  17. The difference between Simunovic’s arm going across is the linesman shouting,……. Red….Red….Red

    into his microphone.

    WeWillNotBeCheatedDifferently CSC

  18. I also see that Sportscene decided to ignore at least 3 chances that Celtic had in the first half. Must make the gap look smaller…

  19. thomthethim for Oscar OK on

    Favourite Uncle,

Sorry to hear that , will do.

    WITS,

No harm for him to stay on the ball.

After , Sevco failed to Beware the Ides of March, didn’t they?

  20. HOT SMOKED on 11TH MARCH 2018 5:57 PM

The foul against Ntcham at the end was beyond belief, I don’t think the Sevco players could believe he gave them a foul.

TONTINE TIM-your very kind regarding my Uncle Pat,a better human being you won’t meet.Honestly thanks for the reply on my (muncul pat))

  23. JIMTHETIM53, forgive me pal did not know that, shotts and glenboig not too far apart, now we will get gftb, coming on to say st augustines was best, as a former pupil of st augustines sec from 65 to 68 thats was my schooll come on gerry.hh.lol.

  24. The hun second goal was a horrible deflection off KT, I think, which might otherwise have been saved.

Wull the daily failing report that?

  25. BOURNESOUPRECIPE on 11TH MARCH 2018 6:09 PM

That disnae make it right. Simunpovic was stupid and he caught Morelos right on the chin. It was a red all day long.

As, incidentally was the John two-footed lunge in the first half that has been ignored.

We don’t need our players giving the officials the opportunity to make these decisions.
