Totally agree. Different if he was our marquee player but Celtic have done so much for him
Frustrating first half. When we are attacking we need some of our Bhoys to be making Barca-esque runs through the defensive line from deep positions, rather than standing still waiting for a pass to come teir way.
This will pull defenders around, keeping the danger area much more fluid and making it much harder to defend. We will then have more chance of getting someone through with a clear sight of goal, and the more central attacking players may also then benefit from defeners having to keep more of an eye on what is going on around them, potentially affording the Celtic attacking players that crucial extra half yard of space to get a shot away or play a killer pass through the defensive line.
Hopefully BR has a video of Barca goal clips playing in the dressing room at HT.

This game is totally different from last week. Then, they seemed in control, happy to let us have the ball up to the box and then they broke quickly. They also had periods when they dominated. They’d also created two great chances and a further very good chance late on.
Tonight we are totally in control. They look very scared when we get forward. We have created two great scoring chances while they have hardly threatened. However, we must be careful of them on the counterattack but tonight their passing has been poor and they have conceded a lot of possession needlessly. We look a lot sharper than last week and we are winning most 50-50s. I think we can do it. Possibly Griff late in the game but don’t rule out Jamesie.
