Totally agree – no side way / backward passing. Incisive forward defense splitting passing – that’s the way to do it. Guess we just don’t have the players to do this despite our huge wage bill. Wish we’d give up on Europe we are so far off of fielding a team that can compete even in the EL.

On the replay it looks like Forrest was fouled first and the RBS boy fell over him as he went down. Harsh. I also thought the “double jeopardy” rule meant he shouldn’t have been sent off.
