Over the last few days we have worked with Mary’s Meals to identify a second school without basic facilities in one of the most deprived areas of the world. We have confirmed St Josephs’ Primary School in Kasungu, Malawi (the 17th poorest country in the world), which has a roll of 746 pupils and no facilities to provide food, meaning many children have to work to feed themselves instead of being educated.
The necessary permissions have been confirmed, and Mary’s Meals can send resources there as soon as money is available. If we are successful, St Joseph’s will get a brick-built kitchen which will double as a classroom with stoves, pots, utensils, spoons and mugs. As a result, kids will attend school to get what on many occasions will be their only meal of the day. They will also get an education and better chances in later life.
The cost of the kitchen is £7000. We are only six days out from CQteN so we shouldn’t expect miracles but we’ll be here until the job is done.
Construction is underway at our first school at the Kholoni Primary School in Mchinji, Malawi, which has a school roll of 1221 children.

Today is just more evidence (like we needed it!) that the referees are the single most serious impediment to Celtic dominating Scottish football for the next decade.
Until the refereeing fraternity is seriously challenged on these type of decisions, they will continue in the same vein. We need transparency especially on the referee’s supervisor report.
Has a referee being marked down for a poor decision or not? If not why not?
Presently we know none of this. It’s beyond a joke, and a cheats charter.
Celtic should be putting all their efforts into this, especially when we are winning. Two years from now it could be too late.

The mibs will never be sorted,as much as they are an obstacle to Celtic the one thing about them is we have always had to put up with them so we have plenty experience,that is nothing new,I dont like it and would hope Celtic always keep pressure on about it but I believe we will have far stronger resources than any competitor for them to seriously affect us over a season going for the league.

With the players at our disposal we “should” be giving them a game.
Unfortunately we do not have the coaches and manager to put a team together – which is worrying.
The first half today was the worst I have ever seen from a tactical point of view. Trying high ball crosses into the box and their defenders had the cigars out heading them away.
We got out of jail with the debateable goal and I think we will win the replay.
We are extremely lucky the semi is at Ibrox.
