Newco’s statement on their management team is worthy of some consideration:
“At a meeting with the management team’s representative earlier this week the Club were advised that Mr Warburton, Mr Weir and Mr McParland wished to resign their positions and leave the Club on condition that Rangers agreed to waive its rights to substantial compensation.”
A meeting with a representative of the management team, not with the manager, and not a resignation letter.
The club went on: “The Board urgently convened to consider the offer made on behalf of the management team and its ramifications and agreed to accept it and release the trio from the burden of compensation”.
If you agree to the terms of an offer made on behalf of someone, you really, really, need to get the signature of the individuals concerned. If you fail to get an agreement signed, you don’t have an agreement. If you don’t even appear to have a verbal agreement with your members of staff, you get on with your work as though nothing has happened.
They’d better hope Warburton, Weir and McParland get another job quickly, otherwise I predict another raft of court cases to be paid for. This is a statement which suggests the authors have left themselves exposed.

BROGAN ROGAN TREVINO AND HOGAN on 11TH FEBRUARY 2017 9:54 AM
Good Morning,
The late great Alistair Cook once stated in a letter from America that he was given an early piece of journalistic advice from an elderly editor for whom he worked at the start of his career.
COOK also said” there was a man in AMERICA who could speak 18 languages and could not talk sense in any of them”
that sprung to mind as i watched BFDJ from last night and he only speaks a half of a language.
PS PS.NEVER MIND THE BIRTHDAY BHOY MY 48TH WEDDING ANN.TODAY .FEAST OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES.he did noy choose to be born today ,my wife chose to be married on 11th feb. SO THERE.
So Warbsy Davy and Franky considered that they could make better bread at Forrest……..utter dough heeds….let me tell you chappies it wasn’t the Sheriff of Nottingham who has been sniffing about Ibrox in recent weeks
Duffield on shortbread waxing lyrical about Walter’s return in 2007. Yip, when he dumped the national team and came home to thump a massive nail into the Oldco coffin.
Legal advice taken? Doubt it.
Sheer desperation following by a perfectly timed Friday 9pm press release. Gives the MSM clods enough time to get it into Saturday morning editions, but not enough for an effective rebuttal in same timescale.
I’ll repeat my comments from last night. Celtic likely to be owed + £350k ticket money at time of liquidation event.
Serious question – if youth is the future to bridge ‘the gap’ – who takes charge of the u20s this weekend?
Hail hail
Correction – insolvency event

A long time ago the importance of setting the narrative became clear.
In working on Res12 and the LNS Deception there has I think been pains taken to base the narrative on known information.
That manifested itself in the TJN/TOG report on the SFA that set an entirely different narrative and which has been ignored by those for whom the alternative narrative is kryptonite.
The rushed Forsyth article got both our sniffometers active last night. It was an attempt to set a false narrative.
Change is absolutely essential but it has to embrace the SFA and SPFL.
The spin of the last five years will strenghten that demand. I know of journalists who have all the details of events in 2011 and 2012. None have refuted the narrative presented yet none have made that narrative public or addressed the issues raised.
We live in interesting times.

I’ll have another go , seeing as no help was forthcoming last night .
Info required bhoys .
Anyone know if the kerrydale is open to supporters for a pint before the game , or is it just for the executive club guys .
Happy birthday Cowiebhoy and congratulatiins to Mr and Mrs Favourite Uncle.
Reading BRTH’s piece he mentions Kenny McIntyre and Graeme Speirs knowing ‘truth’ about Them which is evidently distasteful. Not the least distateful aspect of this ombishambles surrounding the various versions of Rangers is that journalists have known precisely what is actually going on within Clusterf**k FC and not seen fit to pass this information- information that they’d have passed on to their readers/listeners in the blink of an eye had it concerned any other football company

Horrible dilemma for the Cardigan. Come back and put his legacy and reputation on the line whilst the odds are heavily stacked against him, or watch his 9 in a row ‘achievement’ smashed to peices anyway.

I don’t buy newspapers.
Is there any sign of a cracked Sevco crest anywhere?
============================================================
They have no crest. They lost it when they DIED.
As the court heard last week:

So will The Crook of Crumpledome be shaking at the knees at the thought of Employment Law?
Will Warburton/Weir/McParland have the cojones to take on Scotland’s Shame and their lunatic majority?
Does ‘the warchest’ have enough funds left to pay them off?

I seem to recall at the time of Liquidation, that it was mooted that there would be two reincarnations of RFC.
Obviously, the Liquidation dumped the debt and the creditors.
The first reincarnation was to create the myth of same club via a phoenix.
The expected next one will be the emergence of a debt free, onerous contracts free outfit. with history, etc., intact and ripe for investment from RRM (possibly Murray the Untouchable)
This was the scenario envisaged by some of the media in 2012.
I don’t trust them to disappear.
Cowiebhoy HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPY birthday.

Hooooooopy anniversary.
Woke up to the news that Warbs is gone. Or is he? If he is then I’m disappointed – was happy to see him there.
*** GOALS FOR SHAY – THE WEEK 5 PICKS ***
Disappointed that we are still waiting on 3 picks to come in but as I’m heading out shortly to the game then here are the votes so far. Definitely getting more difficult, reflected in the fact that the choices this week are spread across 14 different teams. Good luck to all. And could really do with The Bhoys scoring a barrowload today ;-)
