You’re making Whyte look silly

1334

When asked if the £33m he claimed to have lodged for the purchase of Rangers, was “Your own money from your own personal wealth?” in today’s Scotland on Sunday (SoS), Craig Whyte told the newspaper, “Yes, that was done as far back as November 2010.”  Perhaps not the most useful information to put into the public domain during divorce proceedings.

I think every single one of you who referred to Craig Whyte as a billionaire, or the cheeky “MBB” (Motherwell born billionaire) owes him an apology.  While Hero Whyte didn’t deny he was a billionaire he told SoS he doesn’t “talk about [his]personal wealth to anybody” and that those of you who make continual references to his considerably wealth are “making [him]look silly”.

Let’s be clear, this man does not need you to make him look silly.  Please desist and apologise.

Aye, I can remember them. They used to get some great average crowds over the season, but normally because they had 44k at games against us and Aberdeen. I recall St Mirren playing them in front of 7k or something ridiculous.

My mate was at that game too. hahaha

Nevin is a snivelling lowlife and the biggest coward ever to ‘grace’ our screens. Complete erse. Wants no hassle from the bigots and scumbags that walk the streets dressed in blue so takes the cowardly way out. Hibs fan? Poetic justice if some mini orcs take exception:-)

“Ally McCoist will turn things round,” insisted the United manager Peter Houston. “He is a fantastic manager. I think he is going to be a great manager in the long term for Rangers.”

So Houston’s a Tim right enough?

Could be wrong, but I think we played St Mirren at Ibrox around that time, for some reason, and the crowd was the biggest there for a few months to come.

My memory is a bit vague on that one though. But I remember commenting that I missed the pre-match swally in Stringfellows.

I have the pleasure in saying I took him to his first game at the re-built Parkhead, Due to ill health he hadnt been to a game in years, took him to a pre season friendly v the dirty Leeds a few years back. Loved it. Also in the coffin was a wooden model of Parkhead, used to site pride o place in the living room. Great guy.
