  1. A solid performance on a bog standard pitch. Defense did ok when pressure came on in second half. Ajer getting better and thought Jozo got stuck in. Dorus. Also did well. Two great goals brilliant Jamesie and Tierney’s goal was in the legendary Tommy Gemmell mould. Glad that game is out of the way.

Today is perfect example and time for Celtic to call out cheating refs..

  3. I watched the game again.

When Ajer went down with the head injury, he looked out.

    Madden’s behaviour was criminal.

We really need to speak out about this.

If he had been seriously hurt every second counts.

I hope all Maddens bets today were down.

Celtic done their job today whether we are great or not will soon be forgotten (both scenarios :-) that was a difficult game today and the current champions went 9pts clear (& goal difference) these are great times

    Hail Hail

MD looked more with it today , ss did a lot of work, kt was well up for and tr held the ball up well. You can’t beat quality; can’t wait for PR, MD, TR and CM to all in the same squad.

  6. ‘Big shout for handball’ says the BBC man trying to introduce some drama where none is needed whilst editing sportscene.

  7. GERRYFAETHEBRIG , how are you pal, yes just posted to philbhoy take out the madden factor we would have been on easy street.hh.

Neither did I,mate. Load of nonsense when stufff get deleted for no reason at all. Yet by sheer coincidence, someone bemoaned the lack of posts on here just the other day.

    Seems so. Can’t think why!

  11. Good performance from Celts bouncing back into the slump after toiling in Russia.

BR kept faith in the players that rule the roost, and Aberdeen have run out formations trying to beat Sevco, never mind us. Even Mikael Lustig played well up to a point, and the traditional fouth defender restricted Aberdeen to falling down for free kicks, that were all ‘sweeeeeeeeept awaaaaaaay’ and they never threatened.

Walker and Croker were in funereal mood and couldn’t lift themselves out of the doldrums till Cosgrove kicked Scott Brown, near the end and Shay Logan escaped ‘unsighted’ Bobby Maddhun who was still watching for McLean’s best fall.

Jayden Stockley’s replacement Thuggee Cosgrove only got one kick and one red in as a spectacularly bad few minutes you’re likely to see. With the Maddhun dead ball assisted performance Aberdeen were never near Celtic class.

Two home games for Celts to continue the recuperative slump towards back to back trebles.

Despite madhun, the pitch, our euro travels, Brendan led us to a monumental victory today … and, far as our pathetic negatonians are concerned, get a life….

There is a night in Glasgow for the 1988 centenary team when one Andy Walker will be in attendance I believe

I’m sure there will be a few unsited assaults on his soup as he eats it??

I’ve posted on here already………..Celtic should go after him ………..now!

  17. My friends in Celtic

I did not see the game so I cannot really comment, but many facing book posts are saying Mad hun had a good game and got the overwhelming number of calls correct.

  18. I’ve watched the game again and Madden has a clear view that Kris is down with a head knock and not moving.

    He runs right past him……………………

Criminal hun negligence……….now speak up Celtic……FFS.

  19. prestonpans bhoys on

Put the telly on and up comes sportscene, then that awkward moment when the guy asks if there’s a title race from the Hun, nope said the two

  20. Posters are correct to highlight Madden’s behaviour when Kris went down. Clearly play should have been stopped immediately (as it was later in the game when a Dons player had a head-knock).

Maddhun clearly saw it was a goal-scoring opportunity and got carried away. The fans were giving him pelters for it immediately afterwards.

Celtic really need to highlight this – it was disgraceful refereeing.

  21. Midden gave a foul every time MacLean hit the deck. Bad enough but a lot lot worse was his not stopping play when Ajer collapsed with a blow to the head. As far as I am aware, the referee is duty bound to stop play if there is a head injury. He was right in front of the incident; so, he can’t say he was unsighted.
