Mick has a wife, and two young kids ( Louis 6 and Florence nearly a big 4), and needs our help to get him and his family through this difficult time. His good friend is NavanBhoy who played a part within the WeeOscar4life cycle from Glasgow to Belfast, as well as supporting the cause throughout.
I appreciate that you may be supporting other causes, and/or committed to other Lenten promises or may not have the spare funds at this time, but if you can help, then just let me know by emailing your pledge to cqnpredictor@gmail.com.
The good news is that our last competition of the season LMS10 will be launched very sooooooon!!!
Looking for a response in today’s performance. Not sure about today’s line-up. It is the same formation that has been figured out by so many teams this season, although Aberdeen do have a very poor record against us.
One thing that strikes me is how inadequate our January transfer business was. We are now at the end of February (so the signings should have settled by now) and none of them are first team players. I think Charlie will come into his own maybe next season and there is hope for Compper, although his calf injury that was going to keep him out for a couple of weeks has now turned into 2 months (will we even see him this season?).
A very poor window all things considered.

How are you my fellow overseas Celtic fanatic? love to imagine
what Kentuckians think about a mad Celtic fan cutting about
that part of the world, what time is it there? or are you like me
and trying to decide, another couple of drinks and watch the game
at 2 -3 in the morn or go to bed and watch it with a clear head?
I’ve already decided…. ” princess my glass is empty ”
Did not think we played terribly in St Petersburg and expect a good performance today, looking forward to it.

Just back in from our second walk of the day!
Seamus Larsson is now getting excited about his first game. He thinks that he should get dreadlocks like his namesake, but I told him that he will have to wait until he is a bit older for that.

Often hear players saying they want the next game as soon as possible after a bad defeat.
Get the feeling our boys will be relishing the prospect of today’s game.
There’s been some great performances at Pittodrie over the years, looking forward to this one.

Don’t know what kouassi has to do to get a start . We need strength in midfield to overcome the hammer throwers . And that goalie in as well .rosary out .
No messing around today. Time to demonstrate who is the number one team in the country – with extreme prejudice.

Should Aberdeen win today the outcome is not that it results in a race with Sevco for the title; Aberdeen are still the most likely team to challenge us. In any event, both of them will lose next midweek against Motehrwell (Dons) and St Johnstone (Zombies).
Mon the hoops!

Need to come out the blocks today and shake off the winter blues in style. My fear is that we pass ourselves to death without troubling a packed defence. Another worry is that if we fall behind that we are incapable of reversing the defecit, unlike last season. I have no confidence that a 2-0 disadvantage could be clawed back by current squad. As such, we need to take the lead and maintain it. Time to stand up and for courage and leadership all over the park.

Cmon Celtic a team performance today and hopefully 3 pts, I listened to BR’s interview on RS, he was asked which players are due to return from injury, he said Roberts played last week for the Development team Commper a few of weeks away Armstrong a similar timescale, Griffiths not training and in pain, so not soon by the sound of that.

we’re a mighty force when galvanised.

Not the team I would have chosen. Lustig maybe included for defending corners. Kouassi must have a niggle or he would have started.

I’m five hours behind Celtic Park Time. Lunch time kick offs are horrid if I have to be up at 630 at weekends my overseas brother.
A lot of Irish chaps around these parts, horse capital of the world pretty much so I have had a good audience on a few sing-song occasions in the Irish bars around the corner from my house.
There have been a few times when I have had to have a wee beer or two prior to 11am in morning. Fine when it ends well.

Happy Sunday all from a mild Kentucky.
Here’s to a few goals today.
HH!
C’mon Bhoys time to answer your doubters.
C’mon the Hoops. Off to Healy Macs to watch the game.
Team: (3-4-2-1) De Vries; Lustig, Simunovic, Ajer; Forrest, Ntcham, Brown, Tierney; Rogic, Sinclair; Dembele. Subs: Bain, Hendry, Edouard, McGregor, Miller, Musonda, Kouassi.
Expect a ‘shoot on sight’ approach from Sheepies today.
Hope Dorus is wearing a pair of big spongy ‘finger’ gloves……
Not happy with De Vries starting :-(
