I’ve said it before … biggest thing BR has done is instill a bit of self-belief in this team … after a sort of nervy start, the bhoys settled down and played a smart game … and didn’t get rattled. what a difference BR has made.

Hats off to the defence tonight, immense after 15 minutes. Nothing has come down their right hand side. Tierney is a model of the continental left back. What a talent that boy is. If ever he leaves us, which I hope and pray he never does, the EPL isn’t his future home – it must be Europe.
