You can be absolutely sure Celtic are speaking to more than one candidate, no decisions have been made and the ball is still in play. Meetings that are in the public domain are nothing more than that, many more have not made it into the newspapers.

Surely, Paul, a pre-emptive move to manage our entitled expectations as in…’if Brendan backs out for any reason, we had other equally appealing candidates we wiz speaking with…’ Fair do’s – strategic bluffery.
For a minute, forget fan needs – what about our players…BR would surely have the gravitas (ex-Pool, Chelski and LCFC) to impress any one of them and get instant buy-in to what he wanted done.
