Alexander (Sandy) Bryson has been mentioned in reports concerning another controversial matter in SFA history. He was Head of Registrations when Celtic tried to register Jorge Cadete in 1996. That case led to SFA chief executive, Jim Farry, being dismissed for gross misconduct after he failed to register the player in time for him to face Rangers in a Scottish Cup tie.
The Burness report into what happened noted that Farry “deflected responsibility to Mr (Sandy] Bryson (head of registrations] …. (on] certain executive decisions”. In a contemporary article, Mirror Group Newspapers noted “it is unclear what part registration chief Sandy Bryson may have played in this debacle”.

There’s different ways to confront corruption, Celtic have and do, confront it, but not in the public glare.

Seriously! After watching and digesting Scottish Football corruption live and in full view this last few years, what makes you believe Celtic Football Club will ever be allowed to win 10-in-row.
The Hun Mark II will be back in the premier Scottish football division within 2 years if not less. They will be assisted to win a title within 3 years of their return from the dead.

Utterly sickened by the result, but watching SSN this evening with statements from Murray striking out at the “shameful treatment” of oldco then Chuck Green lording it over how they were pressured to give up titles but held firm knowing they were right.
Many on here say to just enjoy that they are in the lower leagues, still making a loss with full stadia every fortnight, but they won’t go out of existence, they won’t be properly punished for their wrongs and they will get all the help they need to get back to the premier league. I predict that in 10 years this whole episode will be getting airbrushed from history.

I think the SPL had to say that – they can be assured by the integrity of the process but still appeal on the grounds that they believe that LNS was supplied with a factually incorrect steer by the SFA

The minimum Celtic should do is to publicly note that the decision made that there was no advantage is wrong, and that we, plus other Clubs have lost revenue as a result.
So LNS has fined a non existant Club,it beggars belief. BUT NO SURPRISE.

Very true. Remember how they rigged the split fixtures so they managed to avoid a second visit to Tynecastle?
We know that they are corrupt, they know that they are
corrupt, the masonic cabal at Hampden know it also, the
MSM selling this the same way they sold the verdict from
tax tribunal, a victory for them.
But every fair minded football supporter in Scotland knows
that they get treated differently from everyone else, they
can run but they cannot hide, they owe dozens of creditors
they owe the tax man, they broke the rules, they cheated with impunity
and yet continue to say that they are the victims, they are truly
beyond contempt and parody, they have no shame.
I will continue to Support my club with more vigour than in any
the previous 50 years that I have supported them and will enjoy
each victory that bit more, they cannot and will not break the bond
and love I have for Celtic and the Celtic family.
