   I think the Dutch TV guys are saying it was a Pen and the defender was conned into the challenge although with my poor Dutch they could be saying Anto is a diving cheating mick!

    Let’s not be concerned with the position stats. Yes, Ajax have had a higher percentage, but we have done with ours. The halftime score bears that out.

     

     

    Possession is key in CL, but Celtic regularly have less ball and still get goals.

    I think Provan has a point,It was a definite pen but Stokes was clever,he knew by touching the ball past the defender he would win the penalty

    Great time to score. Quite even match but worried about them getting too much space about 25-30 yards out. They’re not Barcelona, they won’t try to walk it in every time.

     

     

    Forrest will have a boost from that goal, he’s being getting involved but his touch has been nervy one on one. I expect him to have a good second half.

     

     

    Centre backs doing well but Izzy a bit shaky.

     

     

    Samaras keeps getting the ball wide left with no option inside, he’s doing amazingly well at keeping and recycling possession.

     

     

    Kayals close control is off, that is possibly a confidence thing but I wish he would get it back.

     

     

    Hoping for more of the same, and the front players to get a bit closer to each other in the second half.
