That kind of thing will happen when Aberdeen win their first 8 games, a tremendous achievement. The bookies will be trying to entice a few soft investments from the NE who might be seeing Aberdeen win the league in their dreams. They will adjust the odds to reflect their liabilities should the unlikely become reality.

AHEAD of this week’s much-anticipated release of EA Sports FIFA 16, Celtic FC Foundation are delighted to announce that the logo of the club’s charitable arm (pictured above) will officially feature on Celtic’s in-game kit.
The FIFA series – EA Sports flagship football video game – typically sends its dedicated and fanatical fans into a state of fervour upon release, and the immensely popular title is played by millions across the globe.
In line with Magners own responsible marketing code, Celtic’s shirt sponsor chose not to display their brand logo which proudly occupies the Hoops.
However, Celtic’s shirt sponsors were quick to support the opportunity for the logo of the club’s charitable arm, Celtic FC Foundation, to feature on the club’s home and away kits in FIFA 16.
This announcement marks the latest element of the progressive partnership between Celtic FC Foundation and Magners, and the Foundation would like to thank the club’s sponsors once again for their generous support and enthusiasm for this venture.
Celtic FC Foundation would also like to extend a sincere thank-you to EA Sports for their considerable time, effort and co-operation in developing this initiative.
Speaking about the announcement, Tony Hamilton, CEO of Celtic FC Foundation, said: “It’s fantastic to see the Foundation badge on the Hoops in FIFA 16. Our sincere thanks to Magners for their co-operation and for their continued support in many of our other initiatives. Thanks also to EA Sports for providing Celtic FC Foundation with this platform.
“Our work is focused around the four areas of Health, Equality, Learning and Poverty (HELP) and we’re delivering that at home and abroad.
“This international exposure will help us enormously as we aim to grow and help as many people as we possibly can in the spirit of the Club at its formation.
“All that’s left now is learning how to play FIFA 16!”

Of course what you say about mock outrage is very true and the irony of unionist politicians bringing down stormont over the murder of a working class catholic is not lost on me ( pity they weren’t always so caring) However the reality is that taking the gun out of irish politics is easier said than done. Adams maintains his” praetorian guard” and everyone knows and accepts it . but in a modern democracy is there a place for private armies.
They won’t go away until they cause damage to The Bearded Ones ambitions politically in the Republic. So far he has got away with it
