Great to see you post. If you find out their identity, there are many friends of you in Clydebank willing to come over to Derry for some retribution.

I don’t disagree with you – it is definitely good both socially and the for the GAA – but there are other places that could do with a similar scheme

  3. 67Heaven .. CHALLENGING THE LIE ..I am wee Oscar...... Ipox belongs to the creditors on

Great day at Celtic Park today,……the team were offered tremendous support from start to finish, by our fantastic supporters…. and the result wasn’t too bad Either ….hahahahahahaha

IZZI was fantastic, but Rogic was the man of the match ….immense ….the whole team, in fact, were brill…

    Thanks again boys.

6 good goals for the Celts today and couldn’t for the life of me see why Ciftci’s other goal was disallowed.

Well done to the Dubs on winning the All-Ireland.Comfortable for them I thought.

Charles kickham felt sorry for the tipp minors with so many of them on the minor hurling panel also

Whatever the players get from the game , the players now I’m not talking about physios and the jim mcguinness type of stuff it’s not enough

For these guys today who basically put their lives on hold as regards family life work etc and I know some of them will get handy jobs out of it but god knows they deserve it

We’re so lucky to have them , the gooch ciaran Kilkenny James odonoghue jack mccaffrey all a credit to their clubs first of all then their county

The ‘star didn’t shine to well today’

Dublin hurlers in my opinion is the big breakthrough and not too far away – need to break the KK stranglehold – we’ve been close ( in Tipp ) but Cody has made KK into a machine – changed the game in many ways

    DD,

hahaha.Yeah I’m sure of that pal.

I know them all right but let’s just say it’s difficult to talk about it here.

    Thanks buddy.

“1/6 the Celtic?! At one stage it was 1/30”

That kind of thing will happen when Aberdeen win their first 8 games, a tremendous achievement. The bookies will be trying to entice a few soft investments from the NE who might be seeing Aberdeen win the league in their dreams. They will adjust the odds to reflect their liabilities should the unlikely become reality.

  9. A distinct absence of all the loudmouth negatonians today. Can’t come on to post something positive about our team. Celtic supporters my arse !!!!!

Special mention for Janko, Commons, Izzy and Rogic, all of whom I thought were excellent.

I agree totally – there was a good article on the minors on ‘thank GAA it’s friday’ and most – as you say – we’re hurlers as well

  13. TCR,

Alright mucker good to see you are on the mend,

get yourself over to Clydebank and we can treat you to a wee session for a couple of days

  14. Charles Kickham………………Anthony Daly was a major influence on the Atha Cliath hurling scene and came close to big prize a couple of years ago. Killkenny are just unstoppable under Cody and will be there for many years to come.

  15. I would like to pass on my thanks to Celtic and The Celtic Graves Society for today’s commemoration marking the 30th anniversary of the passing of the great Jock Stein , some fine speeches by Bertie Auld and Jim Craig marked the occasion as well as a booklet produced by the Celtic Graves Society .

We owe this great man so much .

If only all carnage were subjected to the same scrutiny. Some butterflies are more equal than others.

Be interesting to hear what Mick has to say in the Dail this week. Methinks at some stage the reason for the smoke and mirrors and faux outrage may become clear.

AHEAD of this week’s much-anticipated release of EA Sports FIFA 16, Celtic FC Foundation are delighted to announce that the logo of the club’s charitable arm (pictured above) will officially feature on Celtic’s in-game kit.

The FIFA series – EA Sports flagship football video game – typically sends its dedicated and fanatical fans into a state of fervour upon release, and the immensely popular title is played by millions across the globe.

In line with Magners own responsible marketing code, Celtic’s shirt sponsor chose not to display their brand logo which proudly occupies the Hoops.

However, Celtic’s shirt sponsors were quick to support the opportunity for the logo of the club’s charitable arm, Celtic FC Foundation, to feature on the club’s home and away kits in FIFA 16.

This announcement marks the latest element of the progressive partnership between Celtic FC Foundation and Magners, and the Foundation would like to thank the club’s sponsors once again for their generous support and enthusiasm for this venture.

Celtic FC Foundation would also like to extend a sincere thank-you to EA Sports for their considerable time, effort and co-operation in developing this initiative.

Speaking about the announcement, Tony Hamilton, CEO of Celtic FC Foundation, said: “It’s fantastic to see the Foundation badge on the Hoops in FIFA 16. Our sincere thanks to Magners for their co-operation and for their continued support in many of our other initiatives. Thanks also to EA Sports for providing Celtic FC Foundation with this platform.

“Our work is focused around the four areas of Health, Equality, Learning and Poverty (HELP) and we’re delivering that at home and abroad.

“This international exposure will help us enormously as we aim to grow and help as many people as we possibly can in the spirit of the Club at its formation.

“All that’s left now is learning how to play FIFA 16!”

Great sporting weekend in the East End of Glasgow

Andy Murray hits the Aussies for six

And Celtic do the same to Dundee.

Getting closer to where we were towards the end of last season.

Of course what you say about mock outrage is very true and the irony of unionist politicians bringing down stormont over the murder of a working class catholic is not lost on me ( pity they weren’t always so caring) However the reality is that taking the gun out of irish politics is easier said than done. Adams maintains his” praetorian guard” and everyone knows and accepts it . but in a modern democracy is there a place for private armies.

They won’t go away until they cause damage to The Bearded Ones ambitions politically in the Republic. So far he has got away with it

TCR Great to see you back fella, and the hoops scoring 6 without reply makes it a great day on CQN.H.H.

  23. Good Evening!

What an uplifting performance and result this afternoon! And only a few days after doing well against Ajax. Just what was needed.

    It’s a funny sort of ‘crisis’…

Meanwhile, if anyone has enjoyed The Clumpany’s output, you might like to consider voting for me in the ‘Best New Blog’ category of the Football Blogging Awards 2015 [what a cheek, eh?!].
