Aye mate because their circumstances are exactly the same as ours and we’re up against international players every week.
The Man City who also just won a trophy and won 3-1 away in the CL btw.
If Sunday was to go wrong they would have to act but I don’t think it will.

It was dreadful to watch last night.All credit to Dundee though they “pressed” our back 4/5 [incl Gordon] very well from outset-it was panic stations at times in our defensive line.
I am not sure how anyone can press teams who have 9/10 players behind the ball-all you seem to end up with is more possession swinging the ball from side to side[slowly!!!]-hopeful cross in-it comes back out-PANIC!! -BREAKAWAY!!!
Hartley is a very good young manager read us to a tee as to how we would set up..

After last night I’m in need of an explanation, I only saw the second half and it was dire if there are personal problems between the manager and certain players then they shouldn’t play not if they can’t be trusted to deliver at least a professional performance.
Watching three or four of our team looking like they were off to buy The Beano instead of trying to drive their team on left me with a sense of deja vu when ToMo ended up playing with seven attackers trying to chase a game or the sight of VVD being played at centre forward.
With Sunday’s game coming right at Ronny and his team something better change in the words of the old song.

Maybe he knew that Dundee were resting a few players and thought that the likes of Rogic, Brown and Mulgrew would benefit from the opportunity to get match fit and thought they could still get the job done playing at 70% or 80%
If so, was a disrespectful selection to Dundee.
Other explanation is that he has no faith in the likes of Christie and Allan at this stage. Which is a shame.

Exactly, completely different set of circumstances so why make the connection? If the decision to change manager has already been made then it needs to happen now. If the decision is that they still support him and he’ll be there next season, or as is more likely they haven’t made their minds up, they have to publically back him now and hopefully he gets us over the line in the league. The status quo isn’t an option. The atmosphere at games at CP is poisonous and something has to be done, now, to try to reverse that as its counter productive.

Had cancer bloods taken, will get the results next week, sooner if there’s something not right.
They want me in for an operation as soon as to, inspect my bowel again as I’ve been losing blood over the recent period…so all hinges on the blood results then take it from there.

Ronny is not the type of guy that ye want tae see going through a carnage era….the carnage was there before Ronny arrived, he’s a guid big guy but, he threw his hat into the ring for a managerial post at Celtic.
All managers talk to each other…off the record….so, did Ronny walk into Celtic Park blindfolded ?
Or, does the menu that he was sold on…be at odds with what’s in the ‘real’ menu ?
We can all speculate as to what will happen next.
I’ve been saying for years on here that, the dynamics of Celtic FC / PLC are….
A, collusive, kowtowing, deceitful, shameless executive hierarchy, with an array of accountants who it seems are, unaccountable for the financial wastage / mismanagement of resources.
A, supporter base who are powerless all year round until they get to, SB-renewal time by which time of the year…the hierarchy, usually have the supporters with their eye’s off the ball being fed a stream of fruitless tales about prospective transfer targets and….ending up with a choice on the managers list that is not a priority….once, the hierarchy have swallied the SB-renewal money.
Another key point is the powder-puff AGM.
Ah mean wtf is that all about ?
Ah mean, despite tens of thousands of innocent, well meaning Celtic folk buying shares to contribute to the well being of the club, Celtic supporters are where they were under the Kelly’s & White’s, McCann and now, Desmond, on the outside of the club that your money saved, rebuilt the stadium, paid off debt’s and, filled Fergus’s going away suit case….yer still, outside…..looking in.
What’s happening just now, puts me in mind of the ole Gloria Estefan song – “Apathy’s gonna get you”….with a play on the words, ye’ll see whit ah mean.
The hierarchy sense a storm brewing.
Don’t forget that these guisers will play out every trick in the book to head-off any fan-revolt at the passe.
Ye know what……I’m starting to think that, when Greame Spiers said that Celtic should go for, McInnes to replace Ronny…that might just be the ‘sleekit’ plan ?
Think about it.
Celtic bring in McInnes….the fans tear themselves apart over the appointment….meanwhile, the deid huns arrive on the scene whilst, Celtic’s hierarchy have got the fans on a hook…got the fans taking a leaf from the hierarchies book….the wan were ye look the other way, especially if…..Auldheid and his res:12 rebels don’t bring home the bacon from the hun court cases….there are a lot of twisted minds on the hierarchy, that’s why so that ye don’t get caught out by them….ye have think the way they do….only faster.
I still think that there are a lot of fans who don’t realize what John Collins could bring to the table.
Sometimes the thing that yer looking for can be right under yer nose….sometimes.
Oh, and btw….I know that I mentioned wastage of resources etc above but, I think that there are a lot of guid players at Celtic Park, they just need someone to tune them in.
Folk say that, Collins is arrogant….was that not arrogance at it’s hun best from Commons over in Molde and, he walked back into the team after it.
I still say that a trick is being missed re : Collins.
Remember, the Celtic hierarchy are not dafties…they’re sharks…don’t under estimate the deceitful levels that they’ll stoop to.

Credit to Dundee and Hartley , but let’s not get to carried away here, he only set his team up the same way every other team does against us, ten men behind the ball when Celtic are attacking, and making Gordon kick the ball up the park, rather than playing it out from the back, even Stranrar did that, it’s not easy to break down ten behind the ball, but in saying that Dundee saw Celtic where not up for it last night and had a go 20 left in the game, but most do that, as they know Celtic panic when tied late in the game, bottom line was we only had one shot on target in the second half, that’s poor poor performance from any Celtic team,.

The story came from KDS. He is supposedly waiting to see what’s on offer in the summer but hasn’t ruled out coming to us, if offered.

Simply because it could work for us and may give the place a lift and allow us to focus on the football knowing the club have acted.
Man City didnt have fans chanting for their manager to GTF – however because of the timing it may be difficult to get anyone else in right now.
I’m just thinking of different ways forward. Maybe I shouldnt have flippantly mentioned Man City.
But Strachan had fans after him shouting GTF and look how that turned out.
Either way, it will be a big summer ahead.

One defeat in fifteen, eight wins on the spin at the start of the season would suggest yes they can. I don’t think they will but don’t need to do anything different to what they’re doing now to have a chance.

My concern regarding John Collins is that he shows no sign of actively participating during games. I sit in main and FS1so cannot see the dugout and am often unsure if he is actually in the stadium.
Last night when Dundee player was vetting treatment for 2 mins , an opportunity to pass some instructions to the team.
Ronny was a statue, JC nowhere to be seen and our only coaching input came from JK.

I support the team and share opinions about them and the management here and elsewhere. Sometimes I am right, sometimes not.
You are one of those guys that will support the club when a change is eventually made but claim it is the fault of those skeptical of Deilas ability that are culpable rather than those who appointed him or the man himself.
