Stringer ah the classic those wjo complain should stay away. What a child you are.

    ——

Ah, you do irony as well. Marvellous.

Personally, I would ban you from attending the ground for a year. Let you see what your missing. You have a luxury you take for granted, being able to watch Celtic. You have forgotten that, it seems.

You do nothing but fecking complain. Doudt you even go to the games. What support you would give if you did. Only sing when we are winning.

  3. We struggle when faced with packed defences, we don’t seem to have the craft.

I’m not in the slightest worried about Ajax after today’s game. Wednesday will be a completely different approach based on defending well and hitting on the counter. I think we’re better suited for the CL in many respects.

Amido will be getting heading training most days and will have had it most days through his development and he will continue to get it through the remainder of his professional career.

No aspect of game play is untouched at Celtic or at any other serious professional club throughout the world.

Players will still mess up though. At this stage, Amido prefers the ball played into his feet.

  5. Hold on chaps…

I do get depressed by neg 2 relentless misery but all he said tonight was he wouldn’t spend the level of dosh he did today if the same slow and insipid forward play was not changed.

Don’t see much wrong with that really.

    Non scoring forwards ..

    Cannae keep a clean sheet

Just as well there’s no competition in this league

My tuppence worth is that Hooper has been and gone at Celtic the player knew what he was leaving to join and there would be no European football for him but he would earn three times what he would at Celtic. His logic being the money and a chance to be in the English team for Brazil.Well he is getting the money but has as much chance of being Englands striker in Brazil as I have and of course thats none.So thanks and good luck hoops and lets move on.H.H.

    He doesn’t EVEN sing when we’re winning ….. LOL…!!!!

Just in from the game……..few players rested, or recovering from being kicked by the cluggers, so will settle for the draw…..again, our opponents were up for it…

  9. I know there’s frustration after a result like today (I wasn’t at it) but I hope there’s a lot more like it- this is what Scottish football used to be like before the incompetenz destroyed it.

Celtic need all the paying support they can get

    A blog is for opinions

How can it reflect in what fashion a person supports the team at the game

Really he’s much older, but he does have a wee portrait in the attic!

Just in from the match. They were good. Some good young players. We didn’t get going. Defence was as usual very compact and I really like Darnel. Was he injured or was Miguel getting game time. And can our wide players please hit the line. And I wonder what the crowd was? HH.

  15. my motm must be……….’GG

    a great performance today!!

seems atm that without KC in the team we are struggling to create, apart from that i have no criticism after todays game. now that is in no way the fault of our NFL….he picks the team with what he has available and SO FAR HAS NOT LET US DOW so why are some on here questioning him..?

we have no god given right to win every game, in my eyes anything other than defeat against one of the better SPL teams before or after we dine at the top table is perfectly acceptable.

top of the league, UNBEATEN this season, a right good chance of the last 16 again in a very tough group (again) whats not to like being a celtic supporter right now.?

finally i must offer my heartfelt whishes to fernando, his wife and young child……..may every day you spend together be full of joy and happiness. rivalries on the football pitch stay there, when it comes to life destroying problems we will all stand together as one. god bless the ricksen family

  16. If my memory serves me correct about a year ago some of were asking how could an England manager choose to ignore Hooper

  18. Think I’ll leave it till over the weekend !

Not safe on here at the moment!

    Well done, Celtic, virtue intact!.

  19. ....PFayr supports WeeOscar on

Quite a lot of people who don’t go to games ….telling others who do that CFC would be better off without them

Don’t imagine PL and the bhoys would agree with that one

  20. Lucky to get away with a point today, if Brian Graham had shown a bit more composure in front of goal from three yards out on the 60 minute mark it was game over

If my memory serves me correct about a year ago some of were asking how could an England manager choose to ignore Hooper

yes that’s right, he was playing CL football for Celtic, regularly getting on the score sheet……..now he’s in a relegation battle, no decent service from a mediocre midfield to score goals, england chance gone totally BUT he’s probably trebled his wages. Is he happier now…….only he will know

A real supporter goes win lose or draw, if the footballs shite it’s shite but you still go because that’s what supporting your team is all about HH

had to go to mass.missed goal but heard it in car poor roddie he sounded sick. THANKS GG YOU PLAYED A BLINDER TODAY !!!!

  24. Paddy Gallagher on

To my Father John from Baillieston on the anniversary of your death, I would just like to say thank you. Thanks for the times you lifted me over the turnstiles, thanks for letting me sit on your shoulders. Thanks for the time and effort you put in to take me to all the games that you could. When I became an adult we as two pals travelled all over to watch Celtic and we shared a passion. You gave so much and taught so much.

Thanks auld pal – miss and love you.

    Mmmm…Worry about our non-scoring forwards.

Really missed Sammi and Commons today. Dundee Utd defended well and we struggled to break them down.

Bobby – your Da’s Dorian Gray picture is actually a mirror in YOUR hoose! You took some stick at the last gathering about that…it was very funny!

Well done to United today, who probably deserved all three points. There was a handball at their goal, but they got in behind us a few times and should have scored more. We started really well, but then fell out of it. Great injury time goal from Charlie.

Middle to front we were poor, thank God Sami and KC will be back on Wed.

I heard Lenny on the radio and he didn’t give United any praise at all…a wee bit Jim Jeffries from the gaffer! Hopefully just talking up his own bhoys with Ajax in mind.

Oh and two positives for me before the game – I met P67 and his dad, Martin42 who was in good form. And I got my butt off the bottom of the Naps table with a 16/1 winner…thank feck!!

Seems like Mr Hooper is a better player in some memories, than he was in a Celtic jersey.

  28. Just back from the game and myself and the frozen Mrs Rafferty would appreciate the gourmands of CQN curry house recommendations. We’re in Bath Street so somewhere close by would be appreciated

  29. When you watch Dundee United today and you see young, Scottish talent like Armstrong, Mackay-Steven, Soutar and Robertson all play so well it makes you wonder why Celtic, who must have the best youth set up judging by winning the double for 4 successive seasons, are so scared to play more of our own youngsters. We seem happy to sign young talent from abroad and give them their chance straight away, so why not our own??

  30. This is an argument as old as CQN and was probably old hat when we won the Exhibition Cup.

Now we have happy clappers and mine shafters.

The club and CQN accommodates all points in the spectrum.

You pay your money and you have the right to moan or celebrate.

You subscribe to CQN and thanks to Mr Brennan, you have the right to post both positive and negative opinions.

As a fully signed up happy clapper and reputed oul’ fhart, I prefer to be positive.

That way I get to be happy between each game, which improves my general outlook, not my looks as they are just peachy.

No need to flounce off because someone has a different viewpoint.
