A great win, well done Bhoys, but it underlines we’re a big fish in a small pond, in the bigger pond of European football, as Thursday showed, we’re still minnows.

Exactly, we are getting dragged down.
No win situation, the better we get (I know I know) the worse the league will become, ergo the more it drags us down.
However, no cracks have been papered over and no corners have been turned. We remain aware of our deficiencies and there are many more “crunch” matches to come.
Still, never turn down an opportunity to take joy from a good day.

Shortbread – United poor. Bereft of anything.

Just saw the result. A win is a win. Good result – emphatic. Let’s hope Commonsgate is put behind and we can move on. Over to you Deila to show us in Europe

JS had an impressive CP debut although he wasn’t pressured much.
KT continues to impress.
Brown ran the game.
LG was energetic and grabbed his usual goal.
KC was determined to put Thursday behind him.
SA looks like he’s recovering his early promising form.

Well done to the local bhoy

Today tells us a bit about why we fail against Molde and Malmo.
The Scottish opposition can only bring us down to their standard or we gub them.
We rarely have to raise our own standard to a level that causes better teams problems.
We need to play regularly against teams of a higher standard to raise our own.
Some good entertaining stuff played today though so let’s enjoy it.

Thanks for the updates bhoys, delighted at the result – lots of work to be done re Europe and ‘crunch games’ but I have no intention of taking away from to-day – great result, 4 clear, stiff the jambos and he sheep.

Just to add to the doom and gloom some posters want to impose on us.
I’m not happy with Craig Gorson today.
He didn’t do a thing.
Failed to contribute anything to the team effort.
Didn’t make a save and didn’t go up for any of our many corners.

Rogic heads just wide. Not firm enough
Tierney outstanding for such a young player.
A very mature performance.
Simunovic looks a player too although Utd not any attacking threat.
Johansen at last moment can’t control. Let off for United
If Young Tierney played on Thursday it could have broke him, well played today wee man, onwards and upwards
We are awful at crosses and no one can blame Izzy this time, so many crosses so many bad headers or poor balls
GOAL. BROONIE
Johansen over from McGregor pass
McGregor has played well today
GMS is rediscovering his form

Great win to take an edge off a bad week.
