    Chuffed to feck about the score, but keeping it in perspective. This was the team that leaked 4 goals against the mighty Annan. By the way, would love RD to prove me wrong about his management skills. Still not convinced.

    End of both halves played zero injury time when clearly at least 2 mins in each half

     

     

    Also when he stops game for their mam getting hit with the ball he doesn’t make him go off then let’s them take the bounce ball on halfway and kick out for a bye kick when the guy went down 6 yards out of their bye line

    Great result tonight and I missed the game (my third in a row) :-(( due to family commitments. Well done to the team and management. Ronny is certainly giving his response to his detractors. I hope everyone who made the effort to get to the game had a very enjoyable evening.

    Very good delivery from Armstrong for the opener

    A deflection from Rogic but he got a good shot away

     

    Varied hat trick from Griff- who has got better and better still (tx for keeping us right Livi Bhoy)

     

    First half discipline shown by both Izzy and Callum in not bombing forward. Izzy got a bit more enthusiastic in the 2nd half.

     

    Great effort from all 3 subs but a mixture of a “job done” attitude from your 8 team mates and Willie C allowing them to rally via a few agricultural tackles.

     

    I still have more respect for the dirty battlers in their team, Gillespie and Imrie, prominent among them, than the guys who hid in the first half, especially on the goal Rogic set up for Griff.

     

    And finally, well done Hamilton fans for singing “we’ll score when we want” after their goal. Rare moment of humour in a game that is trying to stifle self expression.

    Some very good young players at Celtic if we can blend them there is a decent team there..

    A fantastic win on an otherwise very bleak day.

     

     

    A day when the institutional racism of Scotland was once again evident in its courts.

     

     

    A day when it became even more evident that Scotland is turning into a police state with the request for face recognition software to such heinous crimes as singing Irish songs.

     

     

    A day when once again we are being told Celtic are powerless to stop league gerrymandering just like they are powerless to prevent or even question corruption. Nonsense and a sad and pathetic smokescreen.

     

     

    And finally a very bleak day in CQNs history and perhaps the start of a permanent decline.

    Played well, GMS and SA could do with being more confident, Scott Alan looked a great wee player, Drive aggression and hunger. Big Cole got the nod ahead of Nadir again. Ronnie seeing what we see. Mcgregor and Forrest both had decent games.

     

     

    Gollum had a shocker, Shocker. Wee man doesnt like us that much is obvious to a blind man.

     

     

    Bitton great reader of the game and Griff was griff, Awesome.

     

     

    Better than I thought it would be on a cold night in Jan.

    Celtic are averaging almost 3 goals per game in the league so far.

     

     

    That Sheep game at the start of February should be powerful – win that and it’s curtains.A draw wouldn’t be a disaster either.

    Eight goals, a great performance and a really happy vibe about the blog and right on cue he appears to start an anti Celtic controversy were everything was harmonious. A media paid spoiler if ever there was one.

    Great performance throughout the Celtic squad where McGregor just about stole the show, with another fine performance in a deeper role.

     

     

    Similar to last January we should see Ronny’s fitter Celtic kick on in the start of the year after Euro pitfalls, every player looks hungry, even though Carlton Cole managed to slow the scoring rate in the second half.

     

     

    Efe Ambrose could have had the night off and was once again immaculate, on a night when double figures was on the cards, it was nice of Willie Collum to arbitrarily decide there would be no time added on, – just because.

    BTW – i always watch the away team warm up bit tonight when everyone went off I noticed big nir and kc stayed on a few minutes taking shots from about 30 yards .

    It is a good bet that RD will Be sacked some point.

    It is not too clever to be the right side of the odds with that one.

     

     

    Winning 4 trophies from 6 in his first 2 seasons will be as good a return as any celtic manager in my lifetime.

     

     

    We have only enjoyed post xmas european football 8 times since 1974. Less than 20% Ronny has 50%.

     

     

    If he wins a treble then it will be only the 4th in my lifetime.

     

     

    Doing the treble vs a backdrop of such negativity and in an environment where he has to buy for ‘development and sell on’ priority in an era when Norwich spend £8m on Naismith when Watford spend £6m on unheard of Spanish defender and where celtic lacks a major domestic rival as a benchmark, is tough.

     

     

    Doing it against such a barrage of blatant officialdom bias a barrage of domestic press and media negativity and former celtic supporters with an outrageous ‘entitlement complex ‘, will be even really amazing.

     

     

    Of course you will probably be right in the long run. The odds are with you. My dad always spoke of the many ‘celtic fans’ who rejoiced in saying they told you so whenever a celtic player made a mistake or the team lost under jock Stein…… He said it made them feel good about themselves. I never understood it.

     

     

    Driving or flying up to games from London every other week from 88 until 98 probably makes me happy when celtic is winning these days.

    In my opinion that was the best Celtic performance under Ronny.

     

     

    Hamilton were shocking but our passing, movement and energy in the first half would have caused much better teams than Accies problems.

     

     

    Well done Celtic.
