Just looking back. Posters talking about cheating Italians and rigged games. Get a grip FFS! We played very well but have been turned over by a very good and clinical side. My God I remember when we used to take defeat with dignity and sporting integrity. Does every bad result have to be down to dodgy refs and brown paper bags?
Pathetic.
Can anyone tell me why we went for it tonight? We showed more respect to Benfica and Spartak. This reminds me of a Tommy Burns side. Some great football from us at points but never gave ourselves a chance. We should have known all about the Itlainas wanting to do the huddle.
Mugged – pure and simple – we left the wallet on display though and they took it.

2 mistakes cost us. At this level that is all it takes.
To cap it off, that cheatin scum rolling around at the end claiming Kayal caught him, gets up and sticks his tongue out, when the final whistle blows! Football cheats always prosper, how long before we see ‘Rangers’ back in the SPL……?? Italians are the best at it, cheating and bunging refs, its actually a sport there, only they call it “Football’…!!!
ft 0-3, hate to say this because the result is everything but we played well, juve did a great job though, knocked the stuffing out of us early on, took our blows and came onto us at the end

Juve are a very good team, the are tactically aware in all positions, this is the level we are aiming for to be able to compete with teams exactly like this…
Well played Celtic to reach this far and to give us our pride back, I really hope we can keep this team together to see what could be when the get some more experience and results under their belts..

MUGGED, UNLUCKY and CHEATED

Juve played their game superbly. Drew us in all night then killed us when the legs began to go – we will learn from this and be better prepared for next season.
I do think we have a right to have a go at the ref. He was appalling. Doesn’t change the fact Juve executed their game plan superbly.

Scarcely created a chance for themselves..poor defending from Efe and FF didnt look sharp or commanding
We didn’t create enough clear chances….Juve defended well and Buffon was rarely troubled
Our greatest threat was set pieces and craven cheating refereeing robbed us of our most potent weapon

Mistakes aside i am very pleased with how we played. Our bhoys did not look out of place on the big stage.

A good performance on the whole. We lack a killer pass. Don’t know why James Forrest was playing. Dylan is a much better footballer.

We missed sammi ……..
Never been a critic of my team but Ambrose should not have played tonight.
He won his World Cup on Sunday.
We have no reason to be despondent.
Two fatal errors dictated the outcome.
Apart from that we had the better of the game.
Neil will be as disappointed in the result as we are.
Our first half display should give us consolation as we dominated possession and pressure.
Game was a week too early for Ambrose, Forrest and Sammi.
It is hard to watch Celtic being soundly beaten.
No matter. We have no divine rights.
We carried no luck, but the better side won.
For most of the 90 minutes we were there with a chance.
We did not let ourselves down, on or off the park.
I have had far worse nights as a Celtic man.
I am grateful to the squad & to Neil Lennon for getting us back among the European giants.
It is a special place to be.
You have done us proud.

Despite of this result I am very proud 2 be Celtic fan. Until their 2nd we have been better than juve. So many sms from my friends and colleagues i got for celtic performance in 1st half it was unbelievable. Key is 2 keep VW as long as possible which will be very difficult if not unrealistic. Anyway well done bhoys for this CL ride!
Better first half performance from Celtic than I have seen for a long time. Unluckiest performance that I’ve ever seen. Three sloppy moments, three down.
Efe and Forster are a few days rest/ few games away from playing at this level. Mon Celtic. Down but not out.

The ref did indeed rob us off our most potent weapon. Juve got a green light to push, haul and pull in the penalty box all night. Shocking.
Feel mugged but think we left ourselves open to be mugged.
After the early goal we played well and I could have taken then 1-0 with all to play for.
Bit junior at this level maybe??

Been watching Celtic for over 50 years and I can tell you the Italians did what they have always done and the referee did what referees have always done in games like this. Cheating, professionalism, call it what you will, nothing ever changes.

But mainly very proud of my team and my club and its manager.
I wasn’t going to go to Turin because of work/cost/etc but I will now. I’m going to sort it out right now on t’internet.
Because in Turin we will go at them, and we will win, maybe not by enough, but we will win. And I want to be there to shout the bhoys on.
