When are we going to see you back strutting your stuff at the cqn 5s?

You’re not one of those fair weather players who only wants to play when it’s 30° in the sweat box are you?:-)

Re Johansen. As I say I liked what I saw but a bit early for the jury to be sent for its verdict. Give him a few 90 minutes before going any further. As with Biton – very cautious optimism seems appropriate

    well done mate!

Go on though……you can tell us and there’s no shame in it……did you read the instructions?

“one of these smart TV’s made me feel quite stupid for a while. !!!”……..all the sci-fi movies lead us to believe its gonna be some kinda super computer/android/terminator that mankind creates that then goes on a rampage……but its actually these bleedin tellys that they are creatin that are gonna get the better of us.

  6. TBJ Praying for Oscar Knox on

The guy sitting behind us was eating a slice of pizza and a bit of melted cheddar fell onto Cowiebhoys woollie tammy.

First time ive saw a CQN Cheese Beanie :))))

  7. Man of the Match Joe Ledley was doing a presentation in the fat cats lounge. Anyway had a wee chat with him re signing his contract – he said he had a chat with Neil Lennon today and is seeing Peter Friday and if that goes well he will be staying. That’s what he said.

  8. Great game tonight…James and Joe Ledley were in great form… No failures and another great save from big FF…..Pukki tried hard could and should have scored…keeper made a few save and he completely missed one….big Amido comes on….nice bit of ball control n keepie uppie….then a chance and a poor shot but the goalie throws it in….Balde a hero…Pukki….mmmmm…..what a swinger from Derk…kept us warm and laughing….could have been double figures…great pace and movement from the off….plus met Lennybhoy and Johann Murdoch…great night all round

Sorry if this is blindingly obvious, but can someone tell me what the round of applause around the ground was tonight (on the 33rd minute I think).

    Thanks

  11. Leftclick, You are too well mannered to call me the names I deserved mhate:-)

Oz, really don’t know, been referred to a podiatrist now, foot doctor, left foot is painful whenever I walk any length, can’t run, that more than anything I’m missing, hate not being able to run. Really miss the 5’s too, great fun.

Big 10km in Bannockburn in June, 700 Anniversary, would hate to miss that opportunity.

Never mind, it’s only an 18 week referral time!

Exactly…..the fans got RIGHT behind the Bhoys tonight, and it resulted in a very confident performance

That’s the point my friend some Celts have ambitions above the financial status of the market we work in

I remember the days we won the big cup on a shoestring now we have a few bob why the rush to spend money that took so long to get

Being behind the bhoys was never a microscopic examination of the books health for most supporters

I’m a happy Celt in fact I have never bee happier now I know the cheats have been called out onto the level playing field we all wanted and supported tirelessly to achieve

MickTT, it is when they are appearing Green and White.Agree with you about Pukki, I see something special in him, technique, work rate, lots.

    ———————————————–

    Most definitely.

And yep wee Pukki is a player, I see it, you see it, NFL sees it…..

    100% spot on

  18. Surely there is nobody on moaning tonight?

    Dear God there can’t be???

Perhaps I’m a tad unhappy at not scoring 7 or 8 but that minor grouse is dissipated with the satisfaction of another clean sheet. And meeting a few good CQNrs.

    What more does anyone need?

Friend of mine who is a Jambo (I live in Edinburgh) posted on Facebook the other day when Farts won that he was delighted they were “no longer pointless”. I had to respond that they always have been and always will be pointless.

Sorry to hear that Doc, 18 weeks seems extreme to see a podiatrist, hopefully it will be sooner.

Hope to see you at cqn10, any room to your 2 tables?

Enjoyed that, all the more when you beat your home team, two glasses of wine and two packets of crips then bed!

He had 3 good chances….missed the ball completely…keeper saved one and a poor header…just commenting that Balde came on scored with the help of a howler from the goalie…he’s a hero…Pukki looks good at times and very poor at others…seems to lack any confidence or belief. Hope Neil can coax it out of him.

When everyone stood up I asked the same question. . No one around me had any idea but all started to clap

If Balde hadn’t scored I’d have won my bet Ledley first goal in a 3-0 win.

    Lenny has to do better.

  26. The Comfortable Collective.

I thought it was because the Indy Bhoys in 110 got a ‘ Stand Up For The Champions’ going. But I could be wrong. Anyway I stood up and clapped. I liked tonight. Not perfect but as it never said on my Report Cards ‘ Highly Satisfactory’

  27. Oz, no seat left, if anyone drops you will get first refusal, it’s 4 tables now.

But so far everyone is committed to go.

    I will ask around.

Pukki seems to be an unlucky footballer.

Balde seems to be a lucky non-footballer.

His head went down when he missed a good chance to score, should have, would have been a real boost for him. Though the crowd are very fair to him which is great, he will make his mark and is starting to….
