The Dungcaster statement should come as no surprise, this clown is hooked on newco getting to the top tier. However he has more life’s than a cat and is being protected by who.

  2. Correction…6 games left.If Aberdeen win all 6(which iznae gonnae happen) they would finish on 86 points. For us to get to 86 and win on goal difference we need 12 points from 6 games.I still reckon a draw or better at Pittodrie will be good enough.

    Delighted with all things Celtic.

My thoughts on Sevco are as follows: I hope Sevco finish third or fourth and have to play QOTS. Queens will knock them out. If Hibs finish third, they will knock out QOTS but will in turn be knocked out by Sevco who will beat Motherwell to gain promotion.

So I will be offering up Novenas for Sevco to finish third or fourth.

  5. Evening folks,

    Just back from the game.

First of all great article from Paul today, sums up the sheer agony people are going through in these tough times and the need to go to food banks.

Disgusting that in this day and age that they are required. Pushed for time tonight before the game, so it was a cash donation for me to the folks collecting for the food banks.

Totally humbling to see the mountain of bags of food collected and great credit to those taking the time to organise and give their time to a such a noble and needy cause.

Watching the game, still think there is vast room for improvement in Ronny’s system. Really only started to come alive when we went two upfront, moved Johansen to his best position on the left (in my humble opinion) and Brown in a more advance position. Griffiths hat trick was top class, fine header downwards for the first, and the two left foot finishes were as accurately placed as you will get from any striker. There are goals in Griff. In a better balanced formation, he will score lots more. Guidetti put in a good shift tonight. Still lacks pace for me, but his movement off the ball was first class. Unfortunately playing the one man up front with Ronny’s original set up did not suit him.

Came alive once the formation was changed and he had sufficient support around him to make an impact.

Ronny still has a lot to learn for me. Been a good end to the season, after a poor start, but think Ronny has to re-think his formation to get the best out of his super fit young players.

  6. Ann Budge built a business up honestly and made a few quid … If she starts quizzing Police Scotland about their incompetence at Ibroke who knows where that leads … Better that the Jambos are well lead and a force in Scottish football In the years to come

  7. I only saw the first half tonight…

On the evidence of the first half,

It’s important Ronny gets the balance right in the final third.

1st half tonight we had Commons wanting to play in Johansens position. Johansen wanting to play in Commons position…. And our right winger playing left wing.

For me, the balance was all wrong.

The goods news is Ronny recognised this, and made necessary changes.

As for the No.9 Role…. It’s got to be the thumb every day of the week.

So Adam has grown a beard then :)

By the process of elimination I reckoned it was AM, just wisny 100%, Thanks, cracking goals.

And if I recall, the last game I didny see was the day we were 3-0 down against Killie at half time, the game when Lenny may well have walked.

    Thanks again bhoys.

Our first goal was scored by Kris apparently.

I think we all thought it was Brown and the replays are confusing.

  11. Whoever came up with the foodbank idea tonight is a deluded, or maybe, a self-serving fool.

Has any one ever heard of any foodbank running out of food – I haven’t

This smacks of a narcissistic exercise organised by people with too much time on their hands and political points to score.

If those receiving benefits spent the monies on food, first and foremost, there would be little need for foodbanks.

The fact is that 50″ TVs, X Boxes, fancy Smartphones, Smoking, Alcohol and Tattoos, all come higher on the list – foodbanks are now factored in as a weekly entitlement, rather than a stop gap in emergencies.

A typical single parent with three kids gets approx £14k per year cash in Income support, Tax Credits and Child benefit PLUS Housing benefit for total rent and Council Tax paid in full.

This equates to around £20k per year – how many working people on low paid jobs take home £20k per year.

I say to them – but the food first and save up for you tattoos like the rest of us.

Anyone who constantly uses foodbanks to bring up their children is an excuse for a human being and is ripping all the rest of us off.

I don’t have a problem with Hearts being a strong competitive side or their owner making a few bob. However, Anne Budge was quick to shoot her mouth off and make a mountain out of a molehill when we Celtic fans visited Tynecastle. There was talk of kids be terrorised etc. when nothing of the sort happened.

When her own fans were involved with the huns in an actual riot at Ibrox (you can watch it on YouTube if you don’t believe me) she said she’d ask questions. She didn’t. I’m quite happy to call her out on that. I’ll read anything else she says with interest – and a very large pinch of salt.

Commons definitely scored it. Ball was won on edge of box by Broonie who was about to strike it but Commons thrashed it with his left foot into net before Broonie could connect with it.
