  1. Sweet…6….Elyounoussi…that wis a great result…sorry Big Jimmy….am pretty sure ye missed my comment lol

Lovely. Thanks Celtic. Love ON and NB : always quality. I can see the squad we’re putting together now!

  3. Elyounoussi was outstanding, Elhamed is absolutely our best right back, thought Taylor did very well also, Ntcham was brilliant when he came on.

Mo & Elhamed are 2 of my first picks, Taylor & Ntcham vying for 3rd vote.

  4. Very good practice game to get the legs going. Some lovely stuff, some rusty stuff.Wonderful Eddy goal made the night.

    Very happy.

  5. Six going on double that, some very good footy played albeit against pyoor pish but we play against pish week in week out, but the major difference tonight being we had a fair and honest referee, it sure does make a whole lot of a difference

MOM, Mo kinda deserved it, I thot that El Hamed never put a foot wrong, and Calmac was imperious, but it is what it is, we are in the next round and that is all that matters.

Good evening all from Govanhill. Has Big Jimmy B came back down from orbit. 🤣🤣

  7. Nobody will get carried away with a Q1 win, we’ve bigger games ahead against far better teams. Next week will be a big step up.

I’d be starting El Hamed and Ntcham on Saturday. Ntcham was everywhere when he came in and deserves his place in our starting team.

Ajeti looks like a guy back from holiday but looks willing and will no doubt contribute after a few weeks training.

  8. Thanks for updates and goal clips.

Delighted with that and Neil gets nearly 90 mins into starting 11a legs.well done Neil and his bhoys.

    Ps well done big Jimmy.

  9. El Hamed first choice…

    Ollie has to start…Broonie doesn’t.

Moi is our new No 10…

Jamesey needs some competition when it’s not going his way

Klimala has a way to go

Need a new LB who can beat a man…

    Didn’t see anything of Ajeti…

  10. If Ryan’s passing had been on a particular with his effort,he would have been MOTM.Overhitting a good few through passes. It will come.

  11. Big Jimmy.

    Superb.

Well done, a nice wee lift.

    Enjoy.

What about Eddy’s goal, such a joy to ser.

Yeah Ryan needs to work on that final ball. It’s a game we won by 6 but his passing in the final third is sloppy at times. Christie over hit some basic passes tonight that Rogic would make in his sleep.

  13. on a serious point , shortbreads highlight of the night was when the 2nd goal was EVENTUALLY given as an OG.

  14. SAINT STIVS on 18TH AUGUST 2020 9:55 PM

Nothing demonstrates this boards utter contempt for us, and thier penny pimching, biscuit tin parsimony than that attendance tonight.

35 years ago we played saint johnstone in a league cup tie in front of a massive 17,000,

tonights attendance was less than 10,000, and nearly everybody, apart from the directors had left before fultime.

waken up guys, we need a change of regime.

Can anyone advise if a Samsung 43 inch 4k ultra HD would give me direct access to our VST?

If you’re still on, I use the internet browser on my 8 month old 55” Samsung Smart TV and it has always worked fine.

Think we needed that run out tonight and a good test and performance against Arabs will set us up for Q2 next week.

Happy without winning anything tonight !

  16. Ntcham just better and better imo. Great pass for the 6th goal. He has to start, as does El Hamed. Class and calm written all over him. Bitton too. I suppose it’s hard to judge but they were all assured.

  17. Stivs – they were desperate for that.

    Even went before, UEFA………..

    Currently -” worrying ” over Leigh Griffiths…………..

  18. Any reason why Frimpong cannot be used in JF’s place on occasion? If we play 3 at the back, Frimpong has more than enough in his locker to play further up on the right and allows JF to enjoy the view from the bench from time to time.

  19. Iceland is Beautiful

Brendans Message despite Delivering so much… Love each other, Sister and Brother.

  20. Good work out tonight. Ntcham showing, for me, why he should be a first pick over Brown.

    Elyounoussi had a terrific game.

Routine win, well done Celtic 🍀

  21. Well done Bada & Big Jimmy.

Well done Celtic, we were against limited opposition but we did the job professionally and that is all you can ask.

  22. To be fair that was like shooting fish in a barrel. KR were simply awful. But we can only beat whats in front of us. Much stiffer tests lie ahead and will be instructive. Elyonoussi & Elhamed impressive. Bitton dependable as always. Job done.
