  1. Second half we return to our usual ineptitude.

    Parkeahcumsalford. Celtic complaining? Yeah right.

  2. 3-0, bit disappointed, really hoped we’d DESTROY* Morton today. Oh well…

  3. Cosy Corner Bhoy on

One minute! The man is an ass.30 secs per sub. Obviously not a Maths teacher!

  4. TBJ says Wee Oscar Knox is in heaven with the angels on

5 second half subs x 30 seconds equals 57 seconds injury time on columS watch

  5. NEGANON2

Just a wee nudge re our arrangement.

I’ve already contributed. And why not?

  6. Much better display. Can see why Citeh paid big bucks for Patrick. A fine wee quality player. Unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.

  7. Joe Filippis Haircut on

Well done to Ronny and the Bhoys and I will take anyone in the Semi-Final. H.H.

  8. Thought we won the game in the first 30 mins today then took it easy second 45.

Injury to Johanssen disrupted our midfield I feel.

CKR – no idea what is going on there. Looks miles and miles off the pace.

Roberts was terrific. I’d play him every week.

Overall, much better from us, against pretty weak opposition. But there was never a sniff of an upset today, much to Sky’s obvious disgust.

  9. Kazim Richards not mobile enough wasted some good opportunities but much improved performance from the team overall from the jaded disjointed displays we have seen recently

Was 3=-0 but could have been 5 or 6

  10. NEGANON2

10 quid from each of us.

    For Wee Shay.

I’ve already sent Marc 20. As I said, Why not?

  11. glendalystonsils on

Not nearly as effective in the second half after SJ went off. Roberts looks as if he is worth a run in the team.

Kazim looks as if he might have a goal or two in him but he is far from match sharp. Griff is the man though. We really need to keep him fit. Another fine game from KT. He tackles like Danny McGrain.

  12. Glad to get back to winning ways?.

We want to see more of the pass and move football of the first half.

Irrespective of the 3-0 scoreline, we should have been able to keep that up in the second half.

It has been the pedestrian football shown over the last 45 mins, that has got us into trouble.

The management team need to look at this.

Unfortunately we are now most likely to get a semi final with the new mob. Although after their performance yesterday the SFA may well believe they can make the final, and won’t need to heat the balls up in the draw. Question for us is, can we now kick on.

  13. The system works well when there are moving parts.

Bringing on a lump of wood at half time removed a moving part.

Lustig and Commons are not moving parts.

    Roberts is.

Coach needs to understand what works and what doesn’t in his system.

  14. Cosy Corner Bhoy on

Perhaps it is old age but I think Kazim-Richards is a good signing for us as he most definitely has strength and physique which was/is a handy thing to have when playing upfront for Celtic. I didn’t think he did much wrong and was unlucky a few times. He is certainly not greedy a lays off frequently and unselfishlly. But then what do I know! It is all about opinions.

  15. Saint Stivs says SACK THE BOARD on

the bold dixie – quite funny.

escaped prison in a cardboard box. and applies for an army pension using the sinn fein hq address.

    Michael Dickson IRA bomb suspect

A SCOTS IRA bomber has sparked outrage – by being awarded a British Army pension .

Former soldier Michael Dickson, 52, is entitled to the pay out despite being convicted of a terror attack on a British Army barracks in Germany.

Dickson, of Greenock, Inverclyde , was part of a gang who launched three Mark 15 mortar bombs into the Royal Engineers’ barracks in Osnabrück in June 1996.

He served with the Royal Engineers for seven years, but will now enjoy a state-funded pension despite serving six-and-a-half years in prison for the attack. None of the 150 soldiers on the base at the time were injured.

Following the attack, Dickson fled Germany for Ireland, where he became Scotland’s most wanted man after IRA godfathers helped him evade both the British and German authorities.

Dickson was eventually held by police in Prague in 2002 before being extradited to Germany.

He escaped from a high security prison in a cardboard box but was recaptured the following year and forced to serve his time.

The Daily Star Sunday is reporting Dickson was awarded the pension, worth thousands of pounds, after he applied using the address of Sinn Fein’s Dublin offices to make his application.

  16. Can we afford to play Roberts alongside GMS, Scott Allan, Calum McGregor etc?

All young, inexperienced and most importantly looking like they could be bullied a lot, particularly by Scottish agricultural tackling defenders who get a pass from the likes of Colum.

  17. CultsBhoy can not relate to Celtic Board ambitions on or off the park on

    3-0. That’ll do nicely.

I would have preferred to keep the team who did well first half on the pitch.

CKR is not an instinctive striker. He has presence and might come in handy in Europe but no threat to Griffiths. An injury to LG and we are Donald Ducked.

GMS will definitely come good. Roberts just needs to start. McGreggor not everybody’s cup of tea but I like him.

  19. According to BBC Scotland, we had

    64% of possession

27 shots 11 of which were on target

    And 7 corners.

  20. CultsBhoy…

The bhoy Mc Greggor has the dig that has been missing of late, as for Tierney, that bhoy is class.

    Happy with the result….drink time.
