Huns have improved mid to front but still suspect defensively, I think they will defend in greater numbers against us and hope to hit on the break just as Murty has done in previous games against us. I think playing big Eduardo could give them a bit more to think about

We play on a Saturday and get 18,000 they play on a Sunday at a very odd time and get significantly more than that. Interesting given they have had no significant signings of note and don’t even have a permanent manager….. We have Brendan and have actually spent a significant amount in the past couple of Transfer windows.
Either our support are a wee bit spoilt…… Or their support are a wee bit hungrier.
Complacency and the entitlement feeling is our biggest enemy. Energy and momentum will be a great asset to them

Hmmmmmmm, I bet many of us were thinking along similar lines.
For one reason or another we do not turn out for domestic cup games ( Hun games or finals excepted) Subsequently after we hopefully put the double treble to bed we should have a hard look at our priorities. Personally I would like to utilise the whole 28 man squad and play fringe players .
Our fans vote with their feet and surely couldn’t object too much for this strategy.

Watching the Sevco game,
Their defence is dire. Halliday at left back, Big Bruno as slow as ever in the middle, and Tavernier spending half the game on the attack.
I think Edouard and Moussa could really give them problems.
In the middle to front, they look more dangerous than in the recent past, but are being afforded a lot of time on the ball. Morelos is average at best. Think Cummings is probably a better striker than him.

Interesting game ahead next week – Sevco in good form and with a relatively settled first team, slightly better form than us over last five games. Us 6-9 points ahead, still rebuilding after the record went, an unsettled first 11 but woth very important individuals coming back to fitness and form; also the team will know that a loss will mean there’ll be a genuine challenge for the league so will have a fear and focus they haven’t had for a couple of seasons – very close to call.
GFTB-next week I wii be in the parkvile,celebrating Mother’s Day,:-))

As for low attendance at Celtic Park compared to today’s other game in Glasgow, season ticket, CL package, Zenit game and also cup games on the home ticket scheme, the Bhoys & Ghirls who go all the time must have spent fortunes this passed wee while, today is still a novelty for the new Klub :-)
