    16 Roads,

If memory serves me well (which it may well not do) the Lions weren’t any different to any other Celtic team I’ve watched. They weren’t good at shys.

    …………………..

    100% correct.

    …………………………

    No 98% correct

1967 at ipox …….Jinky picks it up from a shy and scores – league won

Not the lions but – The shy that wasn’t leads to Joe miller scoring …cup won

  4. For anyone not watching Barca vs. Atletico, very similar to Celtic vs. St. Johnstone a couple of weeks ago. :-)

My dad didn’t bother about Scotland due to their selection policy but he always wanted to see england beaten at anything (football-cricket-eurovision song contest) Not that day in 1975. Cheered every goal that flew past big ugly Kennedy.

*I thought I was the only one lol, I had an english acquaintance up at the time, both of us cheered. I’ve mentioned before how big Jock called kennedy out before the game, left sided goalie which was unusual but Don (Revie) will have noticed that. Every goal went in at his right hand side.

Naisense also done a lot of charity work in Liverpool, seems to have a caring side … but still a wee greeting face hun :-)

And also fair play to him he understood the term “liquidation”

  8. I noticed in the Sunday Times that Athletivo have only dropped two points in their last nine games since re-signing Diego Costa and he wasn’t on the pitch when they dropped the two points.

  9. Just signed up for the Camino de Santiago (Camino Ingles from Ferrol) in October – better get some training done, haven’t walked more than a few miles in a day for some years. You think at 67 I would know better.
