  1. BIG PACKY,

It was me who mentioned Stevie. Can’t say I rated him compared to Joe McBride but he was my late Uncle Eddie’s favourite player. And, of course, he scored the most important goal in our history.

Well if we get, excuse the pun Well, in the semifinals then they don’t ask for a daft allocation, so more tickets for the bhoys

  3. A semi final line up of Celtic, Motherwell, Kimarnock and Falkirk would be nice ;-)

  4. PARKHEADCUMSALFORD, i loved joe mcbride as well, can i ask you did you live in salford at one time ,only asking cause i used to deliver round the salford area.hh.

  5. Now that was a typical Scottish cup tie between Motherwell and Hearts.

    Thud and blunder.

The blunder came early the Thud late but very entertaining in a gladiator kind of way.

Jean Claude Juncker, president of the European Commission recently unveiled a statue of Karl Marx, in the German town where Marx was born.

Good to see the powerful and wealthy elitists pay homage to and officially recognise their spiritual leader.

    HH.

  9. All talk of a hunskelping should be banned in the lead up to the game next week.

All Scottish teams have improved as have the managers and at the moment TRFC sit the top of that particular pile and we aren’t exactly on top of our game.

It is not only disrespectful it shows a lack of appreciation of all the factors that make football, football.

Technical ability, athleticism, attitude, injuries before and during the game, poor refereeing the level none of which can be predicted before hand.

There are 3 points to be won and the best team over the 90 minutes next weekend will get them or points will be shared if everything is in balance.

Fraserburgh & Ayr United are his ONLY victories …. positive spin for the Sevs as per usual (using son in laws skygo so thankfully not paying to listen to this shoite)

Alternatively there is Barca v A. Madrid and Man C v Chelsea to watch rather than that guff ;O)

  14. Auldheid ………..” none of which can be predicted before hand.”

Don’t often disagree with any part of your posts, but I would think that in your list at least ONE factor that could be predicted would concern the malign (for us) influence of the match officials, if they are given to chance/opportunity.

  15. We play on a Saturday and get 18,000 they play on a Sunday at a very odd time and get significantly more than that. Interesting given they have had no significant signings of note and don’t even have a permanent manager….. We have Brendan and have actually spent a significant amount in the past couple of Transfer windows.

Either our support are a wee bit spoilt…… Or their support are a wee bit hungrier.

Complacency and the entitlement feeling is our biggest enemy. Energy and momentum will be a great asset to them
