Defensively we have serious problems. In midfield we are going sideways and backwards more often than going forward. And upfront we are lacklustre and ineffectual. In saying that we are one step closer to the double treble. Hh

Very sad to hear about Liam Miller. I´ll always remember his great European nights at Celtic Park, Tragic to lose his life so early.

I know no celtic fan really believes we can win the Europa, and I know both teams are probably going to prioritize their domestic league, but watching 3rd place lazio against 2nd place Napoli is a bit sobering after watching us today. Tactically Lazio are doing a job against one of the best footballing teams in Europe, technically two very good teams

Historically this Dear Green Place was consistant in its disdain for that awful hole. While I’m at it, we used to be good at avoidin’ the oul’ profanity. This observance imo has eroded and was part of the Thin Green Line that sets the bhlog apart. I think we tinker with that element of our DNA to our peril.
Of course, the more “volume” bloggers may have another view.

This may not be a popular opinion but I think KT goes down too easily and makes a meal of any contact
Said it before but I wish KT was more like Danny McGrain and believe he needs to beef up before he becomes the superstar he has been made out to be..
BTW
Great tackle at back post to save an equaliser

hey sobering thought, since i came into this world in 1953, my father in 1929, and my grandfather in 1898, nothings changed we are still a load of taigs to them bastards, will it ever change no idea rather sad really.

I thought today,Charly gave us a virtuoso performance in the art of turning on a sixpence. He has lightning quick feet, and if used correctly in the No 10 slot, could be fantastic for us.To do so,we have to get the ball to him,and our front men earlier. Not a punt up the park.Watch City,Liverpool, good attacking teams. How they do it.The time it takes us to eventually get a passf orward, our forwards are usually facing 11 opponents in front of them.KT used to get the ball and only one thought in his mind, get forward. Not now.Lustig?.90% of his passes go back. This is just far too many times, passing the buck.
To make things worse, its dreadful to watch.

Don’t know where you’re coming from, the boy gets beaten up without protection week in week out. And he’s built like a tank at 20 years old. If anything he is over coached and playing with some players not on his level in terms of ability and commitment. Hence he stands out.

BT Disagree mate. KT must be the most fouled full back ever. And as brave as a lion. As for ML I don’t know how many times I have seen him after a robust tackle screaming loudly, rolling about in agony and banging his fist on the turf and when we expect in to see him getting stretchered off he gets up and plays on. Hh

Wee Charly stared well along with the team, but both faded simultaneously. He’s still finding his feet to be fair and the system just isn’t working at the moment. It’s not fluid and there are a lack of options when we have the ball. He looks a talent but needs more time to develop.
I thought he was the MOTM without the goals. His first touch is most excellent.

Turkeybhoy Charley did a few wee tricks but next to nothing to influence the game. He appears lightweight and a bit shot shy. BR will hopefully improve the boy. Imo I would have rather we spent the small fortune we are paying for Charley on loan to buy John McGinn. Hh

It is my opinion that KT has been told to not get up so fast as he did before and that is for his own good.
The Referee today, again, was totally one sided.
KT is being targetted IMO. Another KT.
