KRISTOFFER Ajer will make his first competitive start for Celtic tonight as the Hoops aim to take pole position in their UEFA Champions League qualifier with Rosenborg.
The 19-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Kilmarnock, made his only previous appearance for the Bhoys 12 months ago as a second-half substitute in the 3-0 home win over Lincoln Red Imps.
And with injuries to Dedryck Boyata and Erik Sviatchenko, the Norwegian youngster will partner Jozo Simunovic in central defence against his compatriots in the first-leg of the crucial European clash.
Elsewhere, Stuart Armstrong is also restored to the starting XI in the only other change to the team who dispatched Linfield with ease 4-0 last week. He will be part of a midfield triumvirate alongside new signing Olivier Ntcham and captain Scott Brown, who will play his 84th European match tonight – a record for a Scottish player.
Up front, the Scottish treble-winners will also go with an attacking trident, with James Forrest and Scott Sinclair operating on the flanks, and Tom Rogic stationed in the central position vacated by the suspended Leigh Griffiths and injured Moussa Dembele.
Kick off in Paradise is 7.45pm, and head to @celticfc for all the pre-game build-up and live match updates as Brendan Rodgers’ side seek to take charge of the third qualifying round tie.

My mate that lives on the other side of the village has 16 meg and pays 24 euros a month for it.
I have 3 meg max and have to pay 50 euros a month, they keep promising that we will get an upgrade soon, at this rate the huns will be punished afore I get my upgrade :-)
I would get Celtic TV in a heartbeat if I could watch it, but my 3 meg just won’t allow it, I have had a couple of trials and they didn’t work, something to do with the servers that Celtic use combined with pish poor broadband width.
I will keep looking.

YES – I’m facing exactly the same problem, trying to log in from New Zealand.
I just renewed my CTV package for the Linfield match and had similar problems, I’m seriously thinking about cancelling the whole shebang, it’s garbage.
