Just up, went for an hrs kip after dinner and the mrs left me sleeping lol.
Anyway I’ve been thinking about a few things lately, most can’t be shared on a blog because they are my private thoughts things for family only but one of the things that has given so much joy lately is singing at Mass. I just love it. It’s great when I find myself next to another who fancies themselves as the next X-Factor over 35’s category winner, bhoy am I competitive at Mass lol.
It’s weird I used to hate Mass, now I look forward to going for so many reasons. I have a few fav hymns that I find myself humming now and then but their is one from my past that I just can’t get out of my head lately.
When Christ our Lord to Andrew cried, “Come, thou, and follow me, the fisher left his net beside the Sea of Galilee.”
I don’t know if it’s related to the Indy Ref but for some reason this hymn constantly comes into my mind even though it is never sang at St Joseph’s, my local.

My mum taught there approx `51.
Jock Stein visited with the cup (Coronation?) .
I had my first Communion there and learned about back courts and dreeping down dykes ( stane! ) and how to light a fire by blowing onto discarded ashes.

Looking I from outside of Scotland, there appears to be a Negativity in reporting Celtic games, compared to Rangers games, why is that, Rangers FC 1872 basically Cheated, words fail me.
Lot’s of fans correctly pointing out that, publicly….Ronny should be backed, and so he should.
Ronny should be backed by the fans in public but, these same fans must also realize that…Ronny is not the architect of Celtic’c decline.
Yes that’s right…..decline.
Look at the amount of empty seats on Saturday.
Ronny didny empty those seats….the executive-downsizing to the level of Rangers….emptied the seats.
Ronny is a symptom of the downsizig.
How many seats were empty on Saturday ?
Maybe Mr Pastry will give us a clue…he seems to know his numbers.
Tony Mowbray was a guid manager with the Hibbee’s which got him a job in the EPL.
Tony Mowbray came into Celtic and….fell into the ‘trap’ that executed countless Celtic managers in the 90’s.
BTM tried to play football – The Celtic Way.
This can’t be done if…..you don’t have CELTIC players.
Why BTM didn’t come into Celtic and, play his Hibs / WBA game…I’ll never understand.
Celtic teams from the 70’s & 80’s could play ‘a’ Celtic Way….but….they had the 12th man roaring them on….The Jungle.
BTM took it on the chin coz….either he was told to(puppet) or, he realized that his superiors weren’t going to fight Celtic’s corner so he thought…why the hell should I….?….I’m just a football manager.
Anyway….don’t know what a lot of Tims are in a downer for ?…….Apparently, Celtic are on the rise again coz…..Johansen played some ‘incisive’ passes…?
The Orc’s must be shakin in their boots at the thought of Celtic fans rebellion shakin up the game, eh.

Apologies for asking, did I not say both left….. Macca on his game was pretty dam amazing, Henrik was Dane Bowers…. Another level ?
Stuff the two of them they both choose to leave, by the way shut the door on your way out !
Far too many people invest their heart in our team so these people can who could actually choose to stay and don’t….. That’s why Paul McStay is so special, even in the bad times the maestro could have left but didn’t………
Eh, if ye don’t mind…..stuff Macca and, Henrik for leaving ?
Dear, dear….
If I were to be cynical….I’d say that both, Macca and Henrik left because….they knew that at that particular time in their careers with us….the board had pulled on the handbrake!
Billy McNeill’s double-winners….the only team in the league who didn’t strengthen their team for the next season…apathy ?…The board sniffing at the possible McAvennie fee ?
MO’N being told, after defeating Barca, then going out to Villa Real in the qtr/final of the Uefa Cup….the year after the Seville run that, PL was coming back to downsize the quality of the product on the pitch and that, Celtic would not be able to afford Peter Canero from Killie to replace injured Didier Agathe.
Henrik leaving was not an occasion to hope the door didny hit his erse on the way oot…..?
And, folk talk about me not seeing the light ?
Paul McStay….threw his jersey into the Jungle thinking that he would be leaving ?
Thing is, nobody came in for Paul because….savvy teams knew that he was ‘done’.
The desperate Celtic board of, Kelly’s & White’s were sitting praying for a bid for Paul….it didny come.
