    When you see some of the money paid in England for very average players, Guidetti is a snip at £3M and has it all in front of him.

    Man City wanted £2.5m for Guidetti in the summer

     

    With 6 months left on his contract they will never get £3m, don’t believe the pish in the papers

     

    Incidentally, he is with us until end of season on loan, so whwy would we pay that, when he will be free at end of loan ?

    Guidetti can’t leave until the summer so Man City aren’t getting any fee for him, all money will be going straight to JG in wages. (whoever his club is next season).

    Guidetti has a lot to prove.

     

     

    Let’s not forget he couldn’t get a game for Stoke and he hasn’t broken into the Swedish side.

     

     

    He’s good and we’d be daft not to take him if it was a sensible deal but he is not a superstar yet. The offer should reflect that.

    Guidetti attracts a development fee which is why we are willing to pay £3m now. Wages are obviously an issue if we wait until Guidetti is out of contract we risk other clubs liking to pay a development fee and more wages. We pay the 3m now we get him permanent now.

     

    Guidetti could get injured or suffer a loss of form which might mean him losing out. He faces more money with the likes of Hull but no trophies and no European football.

     

    I think johns worth 3m and he has a fair bit to go as far as fitness is concerned.

     

    If we don’t get him we face looking for another goalscorer in the depths of john parks log book.
