NEW Bhoy Liel Abada, who arrived in a £3.5million deal in midweek, could make his first appearance for Celtic this evening.

The 19-year-old Israeli winger was named as a substitute for the friendly against Championship side Preston in front of 2,000 fans at Parkhead.

Ange Postecoglou will also get his first experience of home as his team get their fourth work-out of the pre-season after games against Sheffield Wednesday (3-1), Charlton (2-1) and Bristol City (0-0) after being based in South Wales.

Tonight’s game against the Deepdale outfit will be yet another test before Tuesday’s Champions League second round qualifier against FC Midttjylland in front of 9,000 supporters in the east end of Glasgow.

Keeper Vaslis Barkas, who missed the game in Bristol after staving his fingers in the limber-up session, is back in goal with Scott Bain starting on the bench.

Once again, there is no sign of wantaway Kristoffer Ajer.

TEAM: Barkas; Ralston, Welsh, Urhoghide, Taylor; Turnbull, Shaw, McGregor, Montgomery; Moffat, Ajeti. Subs: Bain, Abada, Rogic, Edouard, Bolingoli, Afolabi, O’Connor, Coffey, Robertson, Murray, Henderson, Hjelde.
