CONFIRMED: EDOUARD ONE OF FOUR CHANGES

ODSONNE EDOUARD returns to lead the Celtic attack against Livingston at Parkhead this afternoon.

The French ace was given a rest day during last week’s 3-0 Scottish Cup third round win over League One pacesetters Falkirk in Glasgow.

However, interim manager John Kennedy has reinstated Edouard with Leigh Griffiths dropping to the substitutes’ bench, as CQN forecast earlier today.

The 21-goal hitman is one of four changes in the line-up with Callum McGregor, Greg Taylor and Mohamed Elyounussi also getting the nod for a starting place against the West Lothian outfit.

Taylor comes in at left-back for Diego Laxalt after recovering from the injury sustained against Ross Cunty in Dingwall in February, Neil Lennon’s last game in charge of the team.

The on-loan AC Milan defender also drops onto the bench alongside Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic.

This is the fourth meeting of the season between the clubs with the Hoops winning only one – 3-2 in Glasgow in September – and drawing 0-0 and 2-2 after the turn of the year.

TEAM: Bain; Kenny, Ajer, Welsh, Taylor; Brown, McGregor; Forrest, Turnbull, Elyounoussi; Edouard. Subs:Barkas, Duffy, Bitton, Griffiths, Ajeti, Soro, Christie, Rogic, Laxalt.
