Never is that a penalty a tussle between 3 players a ball dropping vertically blatant cheating from a ref who wanted to give it, I hope Cochrane does get a sore face on the park then he will know not to cheat, not a mark on him.

We need a Motherwell type second half , a big ask with 10 men but do-able.
Why oh why did Idah not stick to belting the penalty into the corner of the net? If you’re going to hit it down the middle , don’t hit it along the deck as there’s every chance of it hitting the keepers legs .

Beaton delivered the worst and most corrupt refereeing performance in history in 2018 when we played them at Ibrox and then spent his evening in the Crown bar in Belshill. He should have been sacked. Over 5 years later and the cheating continues. A horrible odious man.

The fix is i. Even Boyd thinks the penalty is a nonsense. If we can somehow get a point from this then we’ve at least closed the gap. Big ask now against 12+

Yangs challenge is a yellow card every day of the week. It’s not excessive force. He was guilty of being a Celtic player involved in a title race.

This is going to be a tough league to win this year. Those 2 key decisions were wrong. Booking at worst for Yang . Their penalty was a disgrace. Last week we had a goalward shot blocked by a defenders hand and it wasn’t even reviewed. This one bounces off AJ down onto Iwata’s arm – who wasn’t even facing the ball. Just doesn’t make sense. Another case of blatant VAR decisions being used against us.
Up to Yang being sent off we were playing well. Yang was on song and we looked dangerous every time he got the ball. We got a bit lucky at their second but it was off-side, just like ours was.
Hearts are a poor team, but we have a mountain to climb with 10 men. Do your stuff Brendan.
