  1. If Celtic do not complain about the refereeing and the condition of the pitch, especially the additional watering, this will be a watershed moment for me.

The SPFL are screwing us with impunity.

Fight back now Celtic or take it up the a*** for as long as you exist.

  2. archdeaconsbench on

ICT’s David Raven has just said ‘You’ve got to get away with these things, if your gonna beat Celtic…..’

Murdo McLeod on the other hand said it wasn’t a game changer….

  4. Repost my temper got the better off me.

I am no surprise what happened today it was on the card. The scum are in the shit, Celtic are flying high. Only one way to beat us !CHEAT!, make sure the referee know what to do. He did his job with flying colours. How many tickets will the SRFC sell for this final now. I am sick, sad and furious. How does shitbag like MacLean get away with this, we really have to GTK out of Scottish football

  5. Some people babbling shite about jock Stein and scoring more goals, obviously I’m missing something here, I don’t really rate this team up there with the Lisbon lions, someone will need to show me in very simple terms how this team compares to the Lisbon lions, please

Gutted, the refs and sfa should be pulled to account for all the refereeing cock ups from today. I’m from Inverness and I hate caley( was a jags fan, the only thing they have about thistle is the eagle dumping on the thistle) scum from across the river!

i lived a few yards from the old thistle ground at kingsmills and was a young thistle player there back when we beat kilmarnock 3-0 to play celtic in the scottish cup (charlie christies last game if i remember correct)

today was mibbery at its best but we have seen nothing yet. when needed it will be used in the SPFL play-offs and it will be at a whole new level next season when the tribute act disgrace scottish football at the top level

    totally, totally scunnered right now

ronny must speak out and say it how it is

we should withdraw from future SFA games and refuse our players to play for scotland

Listening tae murdo, so sad, selling his soul.

    F**k him.

    ……………………………..

We’ve been telling you about him on here for years.

    Don’t you even lurk?

  13. Congratulations Inverness. Played to the best of their abilities and resources and have a huge chunk of help from the officials.

However for me the main culprit for our defeat is Ronny for his set up.

I warned against it on here yesterday. My post below.

Agree with you Paul, we need to be vigilant tomorrow. I am sure Ronny will have the team hungry.

I am more concerned that Ronny will start with the same tactics he employed on Wednesday. One up front, Johansen on the right etc, Not a lot of balance in the middle of the park and insufficient support for the front man.

Once he changed the line up in the second half the team was transformed. I would like to see Guidetti and Griffiths start up front. A high tempo pace and using the large spaces on the wing at Hampden to exploit the lack of pace that Inverness have, especially in defence.

Would like to see Johansen on the left of midfield, or inside left as my old man would call it, he looks a much better player in that position in my opinion. Also I would have Broonie pushing up to support the front players as well, to me this is his best position, especially coming in from the right.

If Ronny gets the balance correct tomorrow I predict an easy win, if he goes with his usual formation as started on Wednesday night we may well struggle against a well organised and physical side.

    ______________________________________________________________

I appreciate Ronny is still learning his trade, but I am disappointed he did not learn from Wednesday night.

Ronny you still have a long way to go before you convince me you are the real deal.

    HH Dan

  14. Not been online, so here’s my opinion

Yes, blatant, stonewall penalty, and sending off in 1st half

    But

We should still have been more than good enough to win that game

Craig Gordon was a sending off, but what a shocking corner from Kris Commons, who was very very poor today, and where was Izzy when ICT broke ? A left back or left winger ?

Down to 10 men, you need pace to hit on the break, now I am not a fan of Forrest, but why take off our fastest player on the break ?

3rd goal, again where was our left back ? In the centre of the box

Our tactics and play put us into the difficult position of playing with 10 men

At 2-2 with 3 mins to go we should be clearing our lines, not trying to dribble out of the 18 yard line

Celtic passing today was poor, as it has been very frequently this season

So Yes, the referee decision was very poor, but we should still be beating ICT at Hampden in a big wide park, they found the spaces, why can we note?

I called this before the game started to the mrs! Was talking about the MIBS, and mentioned McLean. I told her watch for the sending off and penalty. She was gobsmacked. Must have been the first full game she has watched on TV. She can’t believe I knew that would happen.

  17. When all is said and won.

This is an ordinary Celtic team led by a novice management team .

With a current financial advantage that could buy out every other SPFL side and still have change pay the wages of every other Senior Scottish football side ,except Sevco.

perhaps the Hunland National Party supporting Tims should bear this in mind at the election time, If they can’t even referee our games fairly why in God’s name do you want to live in a country governed by them!

    Absolutely spot on…

  20. Ronny – about the non penalty non sending off: ‘ I don’t think I have to say too much about that’…’the league is the most important thing as we have always said.’

  21. Professor Green on

Why were our playing slipping all over the place? I did not see any ICT players struggling to stay on their feet. The Griffiths slip as he was about to pick his spot at the end of the 90 was massive.

    Ronnie interview.

5 officials and they cannot spot a handball,.

Do you really believe non of the seen it???

They spotted it alright just decided to cheat.

  23. Joe Filippis Haircut on

If we cool down and look at the game we will see many errors firstly Ronny was wrong to start talking about the treble a few months ago it only put extra pressure on the players. Then in the game we were denied a stone wall penalty then Craig Gordon made a terrible decision to bring the ICT player down and he correctly got ordered off if he had let the player score we would still have had 11v11.Then why Ronny brought on Tonev is a mystery and as expected Tonev done his usual nothing then Denyair dwelled on the ball and ICT took advantage.Although the ref was either incompetent or a cheat so there were 12 ICT players against 10 Celts with the inevitable result. However,Ronny himself was not blameless just my opinion. H.H.

  24. BOBBY MURDOCH'S CURLED-UP WINKLEPICKERS on

Not even the train journey from hell and being stuck in roadworks for fifteen minutes-in a bliddy taxi!-could ruin my day.

A buncha cheating officials managed that.

No red no pen just before halftime. Incompetence,maybe-if only one official had missed it.

For them all to miss it is outright cheating.

Hail hail to all good Tims.

  25. Canamalar – naebodys saying they’re anything like the Lisbon Lions. They just referenced a JS quote about scoring goals nullifying mibbery.

  26. Bringing Tonev on is telling. We are also bringing on Guidetti who won’t be there next year. Throw VVD and Denier in to the mix.

Ronnie has a bit of work to do … Imo

  27. John Rankin on Shortbread – Falkirk and ICT, two clubs that size will not be able to fill this place (Hampden)

  28. And we haven’t won the league yet.

If I didn’t know that Scottish referees were beyond reproach, I’d think they were taking a bribe for the decisions they give against us
