It’s you, it’s all you, CQN Magazine and Annual out now!

590

It’s all go here, the latest edition of CQN Magazine went live online late last night.  There is a whole section on the goings-on in Amsterdam, together with ‘Dam’-ing video evidence of police assaults on Celtic supporters.  There are a full 26 articles by some of the most talented writers from the Celtic community.

As we’re near the year end, check out ‘Doc’s Year on CQN’.  You can read the whole thing online by clicking here.  Use the buttons at the bottom right of the magazine to navigate through the pages.

I see it is alleged that Charles Green’s signature on the document, submitted to Companies House, is a forgery!  ‘Hooks’ are cited on the signature where hooks don’t always otherwise appear.

I do hope, for Mr Green’s sake, his signature is consistently without hooks.  A man who has held as many directorships as Green will have signed his name many time.  Let’s hope few resemble the forgery.  It would also help if there was no material supporting Craig Whyte’s claim to be a director of Sevco 5088 Ltd, which would be downright inconvenient, especially evidence from Green himself that he “handed the company back” to Whyte.

The tide surrounding the events in Amsterdam last week is beginning to turn.  Ajax were fined €25k for a group of their fans displaying an offensive banner.  The Dutch champions will take steps to recover the fine from those responsible for the banner, which will surely reduce the chances of a repeat offense to practically zero.

The CQN Annual is off the presses and pre-orders will be posted today!  Its 226 full colour pages of Celtic Delight, written and produced by the Celtic support.  You can order online in plenty time to discretely read yourself before passing it off as a Christmas present. Just make sure Craig Whyte is not around to tape you reading it out loud, or when you sign any documents, for that matter.

My thanks to everyone who contributed to the Annual.  It has been an epic undertaking but I’m sure you’ll love it.[calameo code=000390171e05b9b63a832 lang=en page=92 hidelinks=1 width=100% height=500]

  1. Its getting near Christmas and one child in many comes to mind so lets make this Christmas one for the kids

Eyes Of A Child by the Moody Blues

Listen, hear the sound the child awakes wonder all around the child awakes

Now in his life he never must be lost

No thoughts must deceive him in life he must trust

With the eyes of a child you must come out and see that your world’s spinning ’round

And through life you will be a small part of a hope of a love that exists in the eyes of a child you will see.

Hebcelt……It is difficult to know when a Mason is denying membership. If you recall the late David McLetchie MSP when leader of the Tory Party in Scotland say with Ian Duncan Smith on the 6’O’clock Scottish News and mocked a reporter who asked him if he was a Mason. Of course not he retorted only for him to have to admit that he had once been one though he hadn’t attended the Mussleburgh Lodge he belonged to for some time and hadn’t paid his dues so he considered that he hadn’t lied as he used past tense. He had to do this as The Sun had a fellow member with a grudge against McLetchie ready to go public if he didn’t own up. Other Masons don’t consider they are Masons until the 3rd Degree is achieved, so when a Mason says as Carlaw did that he didn’t have an interest to declare, he might be answering in Masonic mode as McLetchie did. The Craft are told to divert the discourse in this manner. The question to ask a Mason is: Have you ever taken the Oath of Entered Apprentice (1st Degree). That question may have to be asked.

benny bheula…… Thanks for the compliment and the “conflict of oaths” question is a problem for judges because if they take the Jackson Carlaw line (it’s just buffoonery and not legal) that causes a problem for them when Grand Lodge says that Masons also make a solemn promise to obey the laws of the land which over-rides all other promises. So when does the buffoonery and legality start and stop? Is there not a contradiction here? Masons preferment ..tosh…Masons..abide by the law…solemn. My last petition 306 in 2000 failed because I couldn’t prove it and Jim Wallace said no one else cared, even though he was still a Westminster MP in a party that supported the 1998 regulations for judges!

Saint Stivs…………. Thanks for the compliments and yes my comments are based on a lifetimes experience in the engineering industry where I saw good men passed over for talentless tossers who rose to positions that their ability alone would never have taken them. I succeeded in business and ran my own engineering company successfully for 25 years before retiring owing no one a penny. But I would have achieved more without the constant battle against Masonic corruption and bias. I am glad this came across as I was conscious of my responsibilities to those who had supported me by putting their name on the petition. That took some courage for those who did it and there have been times in my life when I may have baulked at doing this! As for putting my 5-minute address or video up it is for the public to use it as they see fit and can be lifted from my Tom Minogue Blog or a “largely verbatim transcript” (is there such a thing?) which will be posted on the Parliament’s website by Friday. As for backing my campaign it would not be amiss for anyone to contact their list of Regional MSPs asking them to declare their support or declare an interest! Don’t know about a great accent I can’t stand to listen to my croaky old voice. Now Billy NoWell there’s a great accent!

Celtic Mac………..Thanks CM but don’t be too taken by the PPCs decision to ask the Police and Sheriff’s opinions I could tell you what they are now but the more light that is shed on this taboo subject the better and I think Grand Lodge will come out and distance themselves from their Orange cousins. Jack Straw is a real shit. He did the deal with the Masons when his party and his brother was in trouble allegedly, but his actions with the Hillsborough families was beyond despicable and even his apology to them was too little and too late. Of course he may also have wanted to please his boss in 2009 as he is a Mason.

That may be why my first petition was binned and meetings and submissions deleted from the Parliament’s record.

    ########################

tonydonnelly67……….I was unsure and had doubts how the meeting went until I came on here this evening and this site makes my mind up; it went very well if those who supported me found it convincing. The PPC will want to kick it into the long grass and that is why they didn’t include my Norwegian (Domstol) correspondence which was part of my acceptance of their invitation and the Convener repeatedly asked me to send it and I repeatedly said he already had it (my mike muted you wouldn’t hear). But by acting in this way the PPC have made themselves look bad and I was surprised they allowed me to speak as in my RC Disproportionate Prison Numbers petition they didn’t let me say one word. You are right I would be foolish to deploy all of my arguments in one go.

Pod i …………C. (Colin) Martin McGibbon seemed a decent sort. A big hearty Rangers fan who had (during a letter writing exchange in the press) invited me to drop into HQ for a coffee if I was ever passing. He invited me on this basis never thinking I would take him up I guess so one day when dropping the wife off for some Joe Malone stuff in George St. I parked the car and gave that huge door three loud knocks. A wee woman came out and asked me who I wanted to see; I told her, and then she asked me which lodge did I represent and I just told her to tell the boss that Tom Minogue was over for his coffee. The big man gave me coffee and a tour of the place and was very pleasant but his Museum Curator was less so but showed me the Old King’s apron and other stuff. He said that after the Thomas Hamilton affair he had searched all the lodge ledgers but couldn’t find Tom as being a member. He said I was welcome to look at the books if I wished but when I told him to let me see the one for Cannongate Kilwinning (the top Edinburgh people’s lodge) he made excuses and dashed off.

    ########################

KINGLUBO…………Thanks for the compliment but I can assure you that I wasn’t as cool as I looked but having a large number of supporters put me under the right kind of pressure. Pressure to do justice to my supporters who had put their names on the line. Don’t know that Rosyth is noted for eloquence but it is noted for Freemasonry having had two lodges when all other Christian denominations could only muster one venue.

    ####################################

Shuggiebhoy67………..Thanks for the compliment and Wilson was wanting me to act as a government department. The Subordinate Legislation Committee of the parliament would be out of a job if petitioners had to do it for them. My distinct impression was that the Grand Lodge wish to speak to the petition would have been accepted but for the fact that I complained that their submission formed part of the meeting while my Norwegian Domstol submission was missing.

John Smith, UK can sign any petition with ease, names such as my own make it tougher.

I noted in your response to Green Oak Tree that you worked in the Klondyke at one point. My late father was a storeman in that yard for many years. He was passed over for a promotion by a mason who lived near us and who told my old man that he got the job because he had the Masonic ring!

    Big Nan

Really well done on your appearance before the committee.

I had to laugh at some of your long response above.

Once upon a time, I spent a fair wee bit of time in the corridors of Parliament House in amongst the great and the good of the legal profession.

I have a confession to make.

I love the law. I love the detail of the language and working out what it means and how it applies in certain circumstances and how you can learn from real jurists– real thinkers.

But, after a couple of decades I didn’t like practising the law on a day to day basis and to be honest i couldn’t be doing with some of the arcane and banal rules and protocols that you were sometimes expected to follow.

And I loved to rebel against all that and see if someone said anything.

I remember a former boss of mine who had gone to the bar and was now an Advocate and, as you probably know, when you go to see your counsel in the great hall at Parliament House you are sometimes expected to walk up and down the big hall when you are having a chat– especially if you were the instructing solicitor.

Also, advocates used to put on their uniform– striped trousers, waistcoat and black jackets and the agents were meant to wear “Blacks” or dark suits.

So, the former boss says I have to come through for a meeting and adds ” remember to wear the blacks as it is expected!”.

Now, in the old days at least, Counsel sometimes forget that they are employed by solicitors and their clients– and that the solicitors could sack them if they were acting like a diddy or just not getting the point of a case.

Few solicitors did this in the main but I always took the view that sometimes you had to agree to disagree and go you separate ways so that never bothered me.

Anyway, I just could not be doing with being told that I had to wear the old blacks when traipsing through to Edinburgh for the privilege of a chat with someone who I was paying and who to be honest was far too serious for their own good.

So– I will leave you to imagine yer man the Advocates face when I pitched up in a cream coloured suit which had a hint of green running through it and the ould well polished cowboy boots which had a multi coloured pattern motif at the toes!

He was a little put out and I was whisked into a room for the chat rather then suffer the walking up and down malarkey.

I also recall another counsel having near apoplexy when our client assured him that at no time during a three week trial was he ever in any danger of being convicted– because at the weekend prior to the conclusion of the case he had treated 6 of the Jury members to seats at Celtic park as his guest!

Anyway, the point of this long diatribe is your mention of the Speculative Society!

Now there is an august body of secret sinners!

Needless to say I was never invited to be a member as I do not fit the criteria, but I do know those who are members although I have been told that I am not meant to know that they are members.

Big fat dinners with copious amounts of bevy and all sorts of things discussed around the table which will further their interests.

I used to refer to them openly as The Kursaal Flyers as you couldn’t trust a member one iota as you never knew what they were really up to.

Anyone not getting the Kursaal Flyers link then have a wee look here– especially the words— little does she know that I know that she knows etc

And if you look at the guy in the hat playing guitar on the right hand side of the video– well he kinda has the shade of suit I wore instead of the blacks!

I loved going through there to wind folk up– did it a few weeks ago just for old times sake– it was brilliant fun!

  20. Big Nan

Infiltrator from KDS here. Just registered to comment on your performance at the Scottish parliament. Very impressive my friend. You were articulate and put your argument over in a very impressive and efficient manner although you were clearly not preaching to the choir with that mob. Hat off to you for getting off your arse and actually doing something about an issue that should have no place in a modern society. We all talk about it from time to time but you’ve done something constructive by raising the issue and the best of luck in your campaign.

  21. Don’t google rebel on its own unless you add in the search field the word meaning

Otherwise you will get plagued with ads

That’s where google falls down its an ads run business now
