It’s you, it’s all you, CQN Magazine and Annual out now!

590

It’s all go here, the latest edition of CQN Magazine went live online late last night.  There is a whole section on the goings-on in Amsterdam, together with ‘Dam’-ing video evidence of police assaults on Celtic supporters.  There are a full 26 articles by some of the most talented writers from the Celtic community.

As we’re near the year end, check out ‘Doc’s Year on CQN’.  You can read the whole thing online by clicking here.  Use the buttons at the bottom right of the magazine to navigate through the pages.

I see it is alleged that Charles Green’s signature on the document, submitted to Companies House, is a forgery!  ‘Hooks’ are cited on the signature where hooks don’t always otherwise appear.

I do hope, for Mr Green’s sake, his signature is consistently without hooks.  A man who has held as many directorships as Green will have signed his name many time.  Let’s hope few resemble the forgery.  It would also help if there was no material supporting Craig Whyte’s claim to be a director of Sevco 5088 Ltd, which would be downright inconvenient, especially evidence from Green himself that he “handed the company back” to Whyte.

The tide surrounding the events in Amsterdam last week is beginning to turn.  Ajax were fined €25k for a group of their fans displaying an offensive banner.  The Dutch champions will take steps to recover the fine from those responsible for the banner, which will surely reduce the chances of a repeat offense to practically zero.

The CQN Annual is off the presses and pre-orders will be posted today!  Its 226 full colour pages of Celtic Delight, written and produced by the Celtic support.  You can order online in plenty time to discretely read yourself before passing it off as a Christmas present. Just make sure Craig Whyte is not around to tape you reading it out loud, or when you sign any documents, for that matter.

My thanks to everyone who contributed to the Annual.  It has been an epic undertaking but I’m sure you’ll love it.[calameo code=000390171e05b9b63a832 lang=en page=92 hidelinks=1 width=100% height=500]

It’s all conjecture on my part but historically we’ve stuck by those that have the right attitude but perhaps not the talent.

We’ve even shown with Charlie Mulgrew that if you learn your lessons you’ll be welcomed back.

  2. Incidentally, the 12.03 was in response to this email:

“In my experience, most Scottish people have a general concept of the Dutch as a very friendly, polite and helpful nation. That impression took a savage knock last week owing to the behaviour of the Amsterdam Police.

I accept that there was bad behaviour from a very small number of Celtic fans but even that was in response to violent acts by the police. Furthermore, Celtic FC will deal with those fans. I hope the Dutch Authorities will do likewise with a police force who have badly tarnished the reputation of Holland.I could go on with some shameful accounts but I am sure you will have been well enough informed of this blight on your national reputation,”

I think the decision to send Tony Watt abroad was inspired. The downside to scoring that goal (and there is more than one) is young Tony will have many temptations placed in front of him while he is in the Glasgow goldfish bowl. And seeing as he is still a teenager, he may well be tempted by the offers. Also, I said on here before, the that expectation levels on him because of the Barcelona game are possible unrealistic. That’s a lot of pressure on two fronts.

Moving abroad gives him the opportunity to mature off the pitch and improve his technical ability as a player – the Belgian league is decent. What Tony does is down to him. No employer can control any individual. We all make our choices and have to live with it. The problem for Tony is he is a professional footballer at one of the biggest club’s in the world, and most of his decisions reach the public domain.

I wouldn’t rush to judge the Bhoy on anything the MSM print, but he is responsible for his own decisions – good and bad.

    Not my news.

I mentioned McGuinness earlier but was told by another poster he was “punted”.

Big Nan, I watched your meeting at the SP yesterday and can only say how impressed I was with your whole presentation. Hopefully the issue will gather even more momentum and changes will have to occur.

I’m proud to say I’v supported your petition.

You make an excellent point that, apart from the unfairness of appointing undeserving people, the places where they work suffer as well owing to the untapped potential of much more talented non-Masons.

    …………………………………….

That is my experience and is evidenced by the clousure of industries/institutions where Masons dominate. Shipbuilding, banking, Rangers (described on one Masonic website as the biggest lodge in the world that meets every fortnight) and of course it is the very antithesis of meritocracy and rewards duffers over talent (referees).

You’ve heard of the Multiverse theory..

    The Multi-jers theory.

    1) for more than two entities, should the unlikely occur, and this is expressed as Jn(t) = e^[(ρkt)/(n^2)]*(J1(t))+e^[(ρkt)/(n-1)^2]*(J2(t))+.. e^(ρkt)*(Jn(t)) [equation 2], where ρ is a complex factor which is best calculated by numerical methods and measurement should such an event be observed.

    *************************************************************************************************

    Great post, however

The only way that equation 1 would be correct is if the k factor was exponential in nature to the value of p the complex nature…….and if this were true then indeed both entities can exist, but one would be in a “Parallel Universe”……..which I believe is where most of their players valuations came from, so said Pedro.

I think McGuinness was given time off during the All Ireland Championship by Neil Lennon but he should be back with us now and earning his dough.

  11. Coneybhoy

    Yep that’s correct.

Looks like Watt needs a sporting psychologist all of his own though.

    Hmmm,

Sevco 5088 comes back from the brink.

Interesting how the unavoidable sevco vs sevco Scotland battle will be reported in the Scotsman as they have deemed the term sevco sectarian.

  13. Hi Paul67,

Thanks for the elucidation on the transfer activities – with Tony Watt, Amido Balde, Denny Johnstone, Pukki etc etc in various levels of development, buying another Striker “Project” (don’t like the phrase myself) can be seen as nonsensical, but there is certainly logic in securing Holmbert Aron Fridjonsson’s signature if the Scouts think he has potential and the powers that be endorse it.

“Holmbert may or may not be the next Ibrahimavic,”

In fact, even Ibrahimavic, wasn’t the next Ibrahimavic for most of his career.

    Good luck to the lad…

    From last Post…

    Weeminger @ 12:09,

Well it seems to be the way it’s going – let’s hope he proves a few wrong.

    Steinreignedsupreme @ 12:21,

Good points – getting someone out of environs that are haveing a negative effect is always a good idea, it certainly makes sense from that perspective.

Agreed, this is only a theory, and to really undesratsnd p; something like a Largely-Had-Hun Collider may be needed to actually capture and measure the effects accurately.

There are plenty largely had huns walking about, but where do they collide? CERN?
