If you thumb through the pages of the Celtic Quick News comments section you’ll find a couple of overlapping areas of indifferent form being reported. One for Beram Kayal and one for the team as a whole. You’ll also note several contributors commenting that Beram’s form improved after his new contract was signed, settling speculation surrounding the player.
It may be coincidental that Beram’s form seemed to pick up after his future was settled but the fact that this happened a few days after the pivotal 3-3 draw at Kilmarnock suggests a whole lot of what has been going right at Celtic was linked to the Israeli’s form in this crucial central midfield area.
Neil Lennon has a huge tactical decision to make. Get it wrong and he will not be able to replicate the impressive run of 10 consecutive wins. Before making a decision, a good place to research would be videos of Celtic’s run up to and including that Kilmarnock game. Knowing some of the things to avoid is a good start.

They are rotten. McGregor injured, thats another one off the sales list.
Celtic, Celtic thats the team for me,
Celtic, Celtic on to victory,
They’re the finest team in Scotland, I’m sure you will agree,
We’ll never give up till we’ve won the cup and the scottish football
league.
They come from bonnie Scotland, they come from county Cork,
They come from dear old Donegal and even from New York,
From every street in Glasgow they proudly make their way,
To a place called dear old paradise and this is what they say.
Celtic, Celtic on to victory,
They’re the finest team in Scotland, I’m sure you will agree,
We’ll never give up till we’ve won the cup and the scottish football
league.
There’s Fallon, Young and Gemmel who proudly wear the green,
There’s Clark, McNeill and Kennedy the best there;s ever been,
Jim Johnstone, Murdoch, Chalmers, John Divers and John Hughes,
And sixty thousand Celtic fans who proudly shout the news.
Celtic, Celtic on to victory,
They’re the finest team in Scotland, I’m sure you will agree,
We’ll never give up till we’ve won the cup and the scottish football
league.

Cheating rat that Thompson, saints were on attack and he pulls it back but Huns get away with it

the saints fans and players going nuts
clash of heads there -goian took a sair face ..total accident and he may be out for this game …no he is coming back on -face like an oul punchbag
Don’t think that there was too much wrong with their goal. They took the free kick a couple of yards away from the foul but much as I hate to say it it was simply quick thinking.
Game far from over though. Sandaza (3/1) will score.

PLANS to regenerate the area around Ibrox Stadium could be resurrected, according to Rangers chief operating officer Ali Russell.
The area around the home of Rangers Football Club – known as G51 – has long been waiting for investment.
Now Mr Russell, inset above, claims in the Rangers Monthly magazine that regeneration of the local community could be back on the cards.
In 2005, plans to build a hotel, housing, a casino and other entertainment venues worth £350million were approved by Glasgow City Council but never fully completed.
And in 2006, Ibrox Stadium was one of three potential sites in Glasgow’s bid to build a super casino alongside the Glasgow Harbour development and the SECC.
But the plans were dropped when the rights to build Britain’s first Las Vegas-style casino were awarded to Manchester.
Now planning permission has lapsed and no further plans have been submitted to Glasgow City Council.
But with the Commonwealth Games in 2014 in the city Mr Russell claimed new plans could be made.
He told Rangers Monthly: “The G51 plan is something which has been kicking about for a number of years now, so we’re keen to swing that into action now.
“We need to look at how we create a regeneration of our wider community in and around Ibrox. There is a catalyst for that in the 2014 Games and I think it would be a real shame if we missed that opportunity to improve things in tandem.
“We are looking at some innovative aspects there and we’ll have more to talk about there later in the first quarter of the year.”
A Rangers spokesman said they could not comment further on any proposals. It was also unclear who any prospective partners might be.
This year the club celebrates its 140th anniversary as well as the 40th anniversary of its European Cup Winners’ Cup win.
Mr Russell added: “This year we are going to be celebrating two of the biggest dates in our history and the tradition at Rangers is phenomenal.”
