Chelski sub and Sevco target Batshuayi scores for Spurs, 1-1.
Rookie mistake from SFTB I can only assume he’s had a few ;o)
Wanyama has been shocking for Spurs today.
Lhoris shocking for Chelsea winner, Big Victor not great either. Great game of attack v defence, defence won.
Shortbread was on in my wife’s car earlier. Thomson, and McLeish being interviewed and the next part was discussing the DBoer interview. Do they only employ EBT recipients on the BBC?
Turkeybhoy @11-26am,I saw you sneaking out:-)).Did you win and who the fek is walking the dug:-))
dons have had a good start – hope they put a solid run together

I’ve talked a lot about “packing” in the articles this season. Here is the piece to explain what it is all about. HH
As many folk know the bold Pedro proved to be one of the world’s greatest goalkeepers. At 5’10” in height,Pedro was a commanding presence throughout his illustrious goalkeeping career.
Many of us remember those unforgettable performances between the sticks in the Portuguese District First Levels and Second Levels of the Beja Leagues.
To put it in context the Boss at Ibrokes with the 3 year contract played in goal in the 4th and 5th level of the Portuguese system.
The system,
Level 1, Primeira Liga
18 clubs
Level 2, LigaPro
24 clubs
Level 3, Campeonato de Portugal
Regional Leagues of 10 Clubs
Levels 4 & 5, Portuguese District First Levels, Including the Beja District First and Second Divisions.
It was in Levels 4 & 5 that Pedro made his name…with,
Years Team
1989–1991 Desportivo Beja
1991–1992 Penedo Gordo
1992–1993 Serpa
1996–1997 Favaios
1998–1999 Ourique
As far as I can see Favaios is a civil parish of the municipality of Alijó, in northern Portugal. The population in 2011 was 1,064?
I know BR didn’t have a lengthy playing career. At least Brendan had proved his mettle in management in the Premiership over a number of years.
There was however Pedro’s success as a coach in Mexico with the hoops of Santos Laguna that got him his move to the Middle East and Al-Gharafa.
Despite a bit of success and managing in a few countries Pedro’s itchy feet are a concern…
Teams managed
1999–2003 Desportivo Beja (youth)
2003–2004 Vasco Gama Vidigueira
2004–2006 Sporting CP (assistant)
2006–2007 Al-Hilal (assistant)
2007–2008 Panathinaikos (assistant)
2008–2009 Rapid Bucureș
ti (assistant)
2009–2010 Saudi Arabia (assistant)
2010–2011 União Leiria
2011–2012 Nacional
2013–2015 Santos Laguna
2015–2017 Al-Gharafa
2017– Rangers
I wonder of Glibby regrets giving Pedro the £10m ;) from the Club 1872 (Projects) Community Interest Company?( formely RIVER HOUSE CAPITAL COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY and
RIVER HOUSE CAPITAL LTD).
Pedro is well qualified academically but does he know what he’s doing?
I’d love to see the terms of that 3 Year Contract.
Pedro; always have a witness in the room when you have any dealings with Glibby, Jabba and Co.
Watched the Huddersfield v Newcastle, not one player would make our first team, the Huddersfield captain might make the squad, absolute piss poor from the bestest league in the world:-)))
Not sure if this is true…and I have plagiarised this….but I hear that Pedro has had to go to the hospital wae a really bad side.
Hail Hail
Matt
Reprehensible that a public funded broadcaster, employs peepil who have not paid their taxes.
Just think if it wasn’t for Brother Madden giving them a soft penalty v M’well they would only have 2 points & be sitting 10th in the SPFL.
Good evening, friends.
It’s Sportscene time…
BADA BING
That is exactly what i tweeted to the hacks at the BBC. They have no shame at all.
Huns wi crayons right enough.
HH
The BBC is funded to keep the union together. IMO:)
I heard in Dublin during the week what a hard time John Daly and his family got from the Sevs while he was there. His other half found it very difficult apparently.
Clogher Jnr is headed to College in Glasgow in the next couple of weeks (SB had no influence on his thinking). If anyone knows of a part time job for a 19 year old Culchie in the smoke, please let me know.
He’s in the city centre.
HH & Duty Calls
Hello just a quick in and out , I came up with this last night any thoughts , I will scroll back later …….. Song for Ntcham , ( Bang Bang by Jessie J ). Wham Cham , He’s quick and smooth , We love you Ollie , Wham Cham , he’ll pass and move , We love you Ollie , Olivier N’Cham has got balls to spare , Olivier N’Cham the new Celtic Bear ………..
Strange that…
Hearts have had 3/3 away games to start off their league campaign…
Sevco have had 2/3 home 3’oclock KOs
I won’t mention CFC cos we are used to 12:30 away KOs
Dessybhoy @ 5.07…that is correct…close family of the Kellys…there are quite a few tims in the sports dept, however, the beeb won’t upset the huns because when they do, the inevitable hoardes turn up outside to protest (grunt)…their intimidation methods clearly work…FEAR, you can smell it in their reporting…Traynor (more grunts) still has his ‘friends’ working there, although, to be honest, Jabba doesn’t really have friends as such. Again it is all about the FEAR…It’s a disgrace…national broadcaster my arse…
Weebobby
This is more than not upsetting a group, it is Jabba controlling the output, someone needs to use the same tactics on him call his bluff.
Here come The Bhoys….
Sixtaeseven – Hearts asked to start with a handful of away games whilst Tynecastle gets developed…
sixtaeseven – 67 trophies in my lifetime on 20th August 2017 7:15 pm
Strange that…
Hearts have had 3/3 away games to start off their league campaign…
Hearts requested away games as their Stadium is not ready
Strange that…
…Hearts have had 3/3 away games to start off their league campaign…
(nobody Budged when that was announced!)
… Sevco have had 2/3 home 3’oclock KOs (after wee trip down the road to Well Matresses Ltd).
Good to see JamTarts hanging on in there despite “stones in their pathway”… (RJ anybody?).
I won’t mention CFC cos we are used to all sorts (12:30 away KOs at tough venues, etc).
We are Billericay Dicky, doing rather well.. (ID anybody?).
On to the next challenge !!!
Right, we should really know by now but is it Rodge-ik or is it Rog-itch???
Jobo
It’s Tom
ROG-iCH
Dessybhoy…I no longer take interest in the goings on at PQ, and I don’t even know if Ken McQuarrie is still the controller, however, I do know he was often seen in the directors’ box at Scum Palace…I will repeat, FEAR of hun intimidation plays a big part in their reporting…remember what happened after Mark Daly’s piece? Hundreds of them turned up (grunting outside)…and Jim Spence?
I have no faith in their football coverage at all…and yes, it seems they prefer to employ ex-hun pundits…
Hot Smoked,
Apologies…..I should have added ” in addition to Griffiths and Dembele ( BR obviously doesn’t consider Aitchison to be quite ready – or is he, like Dembele – out injured too ?)
Lee’s calf has been troublesome, so he’s being protected to a degree. We need a focal point for our attack, and Forrest, Rogic and Sinclair have all assumed that role with varying degrees of success. If Griff gets injured, we struggle up front without him or Big Moussa.
We need another striker. :-)
Bateen Bhoy
Paddy R can play through the middle and wee Jamsie F is on a bit of form, in fact worst case scenario play KT centre forward the wee mhan can play everywhere else :-)
I think Griff will be on bench on Tuesday
Jobo
I just call Tom the Wizard Of Oz.
It’s easier!
Huddie & Newcie are crap
As a proper journalist hugh mcilvanney said about todays pi*h journos……..
Gossip columnists…
GENE on 20TH AUGUST 2017 7:53 PM
I think Griff will be on bench on Tuesday
I dont.
Bateen Bhoy
That`s better :-)
The way I see it is that two strikers is plenty if both are fit;
Two strikers is plenty if only one is fit but he is in good form;
Two strikers is not sufficient if both are injured;
Two strikers is not sufficient if one is injured and the other is off form;
Two strikers is not enough if both are off form.
The seemingly obvious solution would be to have three strikers but , as we only play with one ( as a rule), then the problem with that solution is self-evident.
Personally, I am happy with what we have .
JJ
Turkeybhoy
well i do – so there :))
Brendan`s Tuesday selection ( obviously only IMO ):
Gordon
Lustig Simunovic Bitton Tierney
Forrest Brown Ntcham Armstrong Sinclair
Griffiths.
My selection:
Gordon
Ralston Simunovic Ajer Tierney
…………………Bitton……………….
Forrest Brown Ntcham Hayes
Griffiths.

Right, who grassed me up to Fairhill Boy that I was going to the Darts?I told you it upset him,but do you care?.Not a jot.On like a Ferret now, asking me about Darts and Dugs.
Just in case he is shuffling about waiting on news,I got gubbed in the Final of the Darts, and I came back, pished, and walked the Dug.Well, staggered the Dug.
Fairhill?????,Where the F____ is that?.Is it a lonely place?.
