Explaining how to measure passing and dribbling. HH
Quiet here,innit?
I hope all our States-side Tims enjoy today’s eclipse.
You can insert your own Sevco joke…
Is everyone on route to Astana?
Morning Bhoys, the Dunblane golfing CQN’ers spent an fantastic weekend up in Turriff courtesy of Curly and JC. Great company and a tough game of golf to finish off the visit. Anyone planning to go to the area give the Crown Inn a visit and you’ll enjoy a warm celtic welcome from JC. Thanks to Curly and JC HH
CELTICBYNUMBERS
Thanks, mate. Even I’m beginning to understand the techie jargonese now.
Still don’t know where you get the time for this, but it’s all fascinating stuff. For instance,I wasn’t overly taken with everyone’s performance on Saturday, and I reckon you’ll have the stats to prove me wrong.
Btw,you don’t actually need to,I’m well used to it!
Good read, Pretty honest assessment, will never catch on though,

Morning Bhoys, from a cool ML6.
KLV
Interesting piece in the Evening Times by Neil Cameron, putting the opposite view from the one expressed by Ewan Murray in the Guardian last week.

Hail Hail
Isee that C**kshiner has said that Sevco’s bad results are down to being a victim of a new found respect for his team.
I hope they are respected all the way to relegation.
how can Free money be bad for the other clubs. I can smell their hurt over the keyboard. lol
KLV
No harm to Pedro but if you had to interview him even over Skype you could see that he is a few cans short of a carry out, at Least our Ronnie came across as intelligent and positive, Pedro just comes across as a hispanic Inspector Clouseau .

chuck in a few watp and off we go.

Chairbhoy 0915
Love that last sentence “Chairmen sitting with their Celtic scarves on”, and the following ellipsis says it all…! BR certainly knows how to play the SMSM , pity we don’t have a PR department which can do likewise.
HH
FRIESDORFER @ 9:39 AM,
Yeah! Thought that was very telling. I’m sure their admiration for Brendan Rogers is genuine ~ a complete class act. And no ellipsis abuse:))
Hail Hail
KEVINLASVEGAS @ 9:21 AM,
how can Free money be bad for the other clubs. I can smell their hurt over the keyboard. lol
Yes, that view is subsiding amongst anyone giving serious thought to this, the hurt is being seen for what it is.
It really is good to see that some are taking a shine and genuine interest in Brendan Rogers and what Celtic are achieving.
Tam McManus’ piece stating some obvious facts, like how can Celtic’s dominance be bad for Scottish Competition? When there hasn’t been competition in the League for a generation outside a warped duopoly.
Rangers went bust, that wasn’t our fault.
The Authorities circumvented the rules to try to create a “strong” Rangers, from the Sevco project, that inevitably failed.
It’s up to the other Clubs to show ambition and raise the bar.
Celtic won a treble last Season, but the Seasons before saw different Clubs winning trophies, it could be the same this Season.
There are four Scottish Clubs that have the potential to qualify for Europe, Celtic can only take one Berth – that is NOT a monopoly.
It means there is an opening for another three Scottish Clubs to secure European Football, it brings extra revenue into their Clubs and Scottish Football.
Hail Hail
What TV channel is Celtic games on tmorra ?

This bhoy has promise
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4808900/Celtic-wonderkid-Karamoko-Dembele-scores-incredible-goal.html
Morning Celts
Gene. What will that kid be like at 18?
Wow:)
HH
That goal by wee Karamoko Dembele is one of the best I have ever seen. Utterly brilliant. Let’s hope we can keep him even for a couple of seasons. He’ll be a sensation.
Gene
There’s an article from Kris Commons on there too, worrying about widening gaps. He does manage to get some much-needed truth into the SMSM, so well done him.
“Simply put, our top flight has not been such a one-horse race since Rangers were liquidated.. . . . .”
He’s not too clear about what exactly was ‘admitted to the fourth tier of Scottish football”, but it obviously can’t be a club that was liquidated. That would be absurd!
Probably just me but it’s easy to forget that Callum McGregor and James Forest are also home grown established first team players.
Not many of us would bar an eyelid if a CL line up for us included KT and those two guys as part of what would be a strong team.
The fact that we have a Scottish keeper, broonie, Armstrong and griff all part of a strong first team shows that our dominance is not simply about big money – it’s based on a long term strategy that is bearing fruit big time.
PARKHEADCUMSALFORD
Wee Karamoko. That is the sort of thing a certain Mr Messi is rather good at.
Magic in that kid:)
HH
Tierney, Sviatchenko, Dembele, Simunovic. There’s unprecedented ‘swoopin’ goin’ on.
GlenDalys
Good of the hun meeja to do all our transfer business for us:(
Idiots:)
HH
Green Man
Aye, wishful thinking.
CQNers at Dublin 2016 had the privilege of watching Karamoko Dembele at the St Kevin’s Tournament in Dublin.
It was privilege to see the young man up against the links of Barca (thanks to WITs).
I’ve no doubt that the advice and encouragement that the likes of Jamesgang, Cowiebhoy, BMCUWPs, CCB, DD and his son, Almore, Catach (sp), WITs and many more ‘volunteered’ on the day, has been absolutely vital in the Bhoy’s develpment:)
Kidding aside Karamoko was special.
I see the British media has sold the entire squad overnight:)
Rivaldo Coetzee supposedly flying in from South Africa to sign this week. 20 year old SA internationalist from Ajax Cape Town
…likes of Barca..
Celtic set to seal deal for Ajax CT defender Rivaldo Coetzee
The defender is expected to fly to Scotland before the end of the week to complete a move to Glasgow.
Reports in South Africa say the 20-year-old will fly to Scotland and be unveiled as a Celtic player soon.
It comes as the Bafana Bafana international picked up a hamstring injury in Ajax Cape Town’s 1-1 draw with Golden Arrows on Saturday.
Coetzee also netted his side’s only goal of the game with his first ever career goal to win his side a point.
Coetzee has made 22 appearances for his national side since making his debut in 2014.
He was his country’s youngest ever player, before that was later broken by striker Fagrie Lakay.
TGM
Without Neymar and Suarez last night, the wee man was still his brilliant self, hitting the woodwork 3 times, taking Betis defenders on in batches of 4 and 5, spraying passes around, hungrily seeking goal number 350 in 383 appearances.
And that’s just in La Liga!
The previous record was Zarra’s 251.
I think that’s what they mean when they say ‘Smashed it!’
Clogher Celts
The Scoddish Hun Meeja are totally terrified of Celtic:)
They are desperate, and they know there is nothing they can do:)
Its a tonic for the soul to see their pain, i thrive on it.
Huns wi crayons, suck it up:)
HH
Beatbhoy
Mr Messi is an artist.
Wee Karamoko is an artist.
Joy to watch.
Love them both. Proper players.
Messi to Manc City?
HH
TGM
Didn’t think that would be on till Neymar left. Then I heard last night he’s still to sign a new contract. So who knows? They might even sell out their CL home ties then!
Beatbhoy
I think it makes sense. Barca not as strong, his tax troubles, the wealth of Manc City. Messi will get mega bucks for a transfer. 275 Million Fee, 1 Million a week basic, goals scored etc, sponsorship deals.
HH
Morning,
https://twitter.com/gibbygibbo1/status/899223792182054912
TGM,
Reading the quotes of the legendary keeper of the Beja Football Association of the 4 and 5th tier of Portuguese Football, I think that the Sevco Board may have been DUPED again!
Thinking of the fish puns of last week and Pedro Caixinha’s press reminded me of this…:)
