Not looking good. Pushing too far up the park playing half assed passes at a slow pace leaving too much space behind. 10 men and a cagey approach might hopefully be our saving grace.

Ronny asked for a performance, well the performance has been shambolic.
Passing awful, movement non existent, defence all over the place.
Supposed to be a 4-2-3-1 plays more like 4-2-0-4. Berget anonymous, nothing going forward and left Matthews exposed time and time again. Matthews himself has been poor, was sleeping for the 1st goal.
Midfield is over run. Mulgrew can play at the base of a diamond but he is not a centre mid.
Pass marks to VVD and McGregor.
I’m optimistic about Ronny D’s future, but that was all on the manager. Shore things up and get out of here 1-2.
From the start I was worried about possession game. You need to have a lot of skill for that especially in Europe. We had a dream start, but have thrown it away. We will be fortunate to get out of here 1-2.

Berget should get hooked for either Kayal or Biton (I’d prefer the latter as I don’t want to go down to 9 men). Time to take a bit of heat out of this game. Scandalous attitude from some Celtic players.
Increasingly fed up with a big-time Charlie attitude we seem to adopt in these games.
Matthews at fault for both goals. Mulgrew at fault for the red card because he needlessly lost it in the middle of the park.
Of all the players to be sent off, at least it was Efe. He is having a mare.
Not sure what to do now. If Legia have any sense they will go for it and end this tie tonight.
I never thought we would give the ball away so easily, after a brilliant goal from Callum we quite simply lost the plot.
We are tackling like wee lassies, the diving Poles deserve it more, sorry Ronny, Mulgrew will never do in that position, all the poles have to do is a through ball into that ocean of space in front of the back four and we are in big trouble.

Efe should have known better and may just have cost us the CL by diving in.
The midfield arent tracking back and the full backs arent tight enough. It’s like everyone has a half second delay. Delia needs to learn to defend fast.

Just seen the replay of their 2nd and Virgil was izzy-like in his failure to read danger.
Efe was bumped but not fouled. No need for him to tackle when he got the red card.
Where do you start.Slack passing,half hearted tackling,terrible first touch.Commons is causing us havoc.Every time he mis controls a pass,we are wide open.Efe,how many times must I say it,is a massive bomb scare.Bergets !!!!!!!?.Where is he?.Pukki,not too bad,but lacking heart.Izzy dropped and Adam switched.A massive gamble.Biton,with his composure should have started.Griffiths should have started in front of Bergets.

Massive effort needed second half.Are they up for it.Will need a rocket up a few @rses to get out of this tie.
Our central midfield has turned a victory into this deficit. The Legia players seem energised in comparison to several Celtic players, who appear flat footed in comparison.
Big Mulgrew is having a nightmare, why did he not clear that ball when it was in the air, his hesitation cost that goal. His lack of control, when he was unable to take the ball led to Ambrose’s red card.
Real dilemma for the manager because they are rotten at the back, but their energy and pace is ravaging our lot.
Just watched their second goal. WTF was Efe trying to do? trying to shoulder the attacker and falling on his erchie instead of trying to clear the ball FFS!
We all complain about square passes but they give you a chance to settle the nerves and dictate the pace of the game. We could do with a few in the second half.

We need to get our regulars on in the second half
Dreadful fist half performance from Celtic culminating in Ambrose’s red card.
The inclusion of Matthews at left back was puzzling before the K.O. but bizarre by half time, as both goals came from his watch
Some CQN posters called it right, and Celtic have had a torrid a 45 minutes, and Ronny’s team selection has put his neck on the chopping block because Berget and Pukki were especially poor.
Mulgrew and Johannson were over worked in midfield, and Lustig was disappointing.
A much closer tie in progress and Legia are light years ahead of any Scottish side, except us over two legs.
This is about taking a 1st leg result that is capable of being overturned home for next week now.
That midfield needs to sit in now to really protect the defence and choose moments to venture forward.

Agreed my concern at this stage is keeping it alive, need to get more compact particularly playing with 10, we are making radovich look world class
Didnt take long for thr knives to come out.
For those claiming Efe isnt a CH could youse tell me where he played last season in one of our best ever defensive line ups.

Efe’s a fecking bombscare. Too irresponsible to be a centre-back.
Experience shows he’s better deployed in FRONT of a back four. Then he can meander all he likes as there’s someone to clean up his mess.
Every time we get forward we look like scoring. The entire tie could be done and dusted if it were not for inexcusable slackness from Mulgrew and Ambrose.
Kris commons looks half a yard off the pace but he’s always liable to spring some magic.
Problem we face for the next 45 is that they will sense blood – the possibility to pump us and come her ewith a big cushion.
Their best players- Duda and Radovic – take a bit of watching but overall we do have the quality to come through this.
Time for a few to show their mettle.
On positive side Legia is poor so although we are down we are not out yet. But Berget only plays tonight because ronny thinks he is better than what we have and that’s an indictment on how poor we are up front. And one glorious game against barca apart Matthews at left back does not work. It causes chaos in our defence.
Young Adam hung out to dry for both goals feel for him tonight.
