Am i missing something? I am a bit perplexed.
From where I am standing this looks like a judge has just allowed a gang of criminals to fleece the taxpayers despite knowing exactly how they have operated and despite citicising them in open court.
Has LH ok’d the fees claimed by d and p?
Has he given BDO any locus to investigate or undo any of the conflicted and possibly illegal actions of d and p?
As I understand it he has acceded to D and p’s demands despite the blatant conflict of interest that he made reference to and the apparent and obvious misadministration of the club.
It seems to me that aspects of this have been allowed through on the nod and LH has let them off with it – simply allowing them to be investigated by their own regulatory body – and so a total whitewash in effect. he talked a good game but delivered squat from my angle. Hodge has been deliberately remiss from where i am standing and allowed the perpetration of a fraud in full view and under his nose.
I am appalled – unless i am missing something I am with Neipheid – whole thing stinks and i suspect the judiciary have been bought and sold here!
I sense the feeling of a blog party coming up and I’ll have to join it later as I am off to work. I have a dilemma though……In my cabinet there is a bottle of Eldorado and a bottle of Scotsmac(aye..ah know..) the question being..Which one first?

The only thing spoiling this is that they are allowed to keep the name ‘the rangers’, what a travesty, thought it was illegal, apparently not. Just think how good it would be if they had to have a new name that did not link them with their old name, how good would that be, even the most die hard die hard could not then deny that they were a new club. Anyway, may they rot in hell for eternity.

It appears to me that the tax payer has taken a bath for their debts, BDO will presumably pursue the directors who caused oldco to collapse, hopefully criminal charges brought and prosecutions carried out on those individuals involved going back many years assetts sold off too cheaply taken back and disposed of in an appropriate way, will this happen we need to wait and see.
Football punishments need to be handed out when the dual contracts panel decide,I want all titles and cups stripped financial compensation for their cheating and those involved within oldco the SFA SPL SFL barred from ever working in any capacity in football ever again.

The court was dealing with two issues.
1. D&P’s conduct in dealing with the administration.
2. The winding up of the huns.
1 is still under review by the court.
2 is proceeding.

I think D&P have some explaining to do and I don’t see the court being fobbed off.
Tomorrow is a public holiday in this part of Germany but I have decided to work and take it next week so that I can have some extra time in Scotland with my bhoy for the Barca game, so hopefully a double celebration.
