Michel Platini’s Financial Fair Play initiative at Uefa has been one of the more inspiring developments at the top of our game for decades. It brought spending into line with income throughout the English game and punished what Platini called financial doping.
It has been so effective, Platini now promises to relax the rules. The blame does not all sit with Platini. Uefa are dealing with 10 legal challenges to the rules, with complainant clubs citing European Law in their defence. The big football powers are split. The English appear in favour of FPP (Manchester City aside), while many stressed clubs across Europe are in opposition.
The concept of living within your means is still resisted in our game, not just in barred hold-outs in Scotland.

…..and there is no way that Scott MacDonald will get the red card rescinded……..it’s all part of a master plan………
Cant say im surprised about this decision from the SFA, on the day that the news breaks of the FFP rules being bent by UEFA we have the mob that run the game here ignoring the tax convictions of the guy who took over sevco, anyone who expects football to be run in an accountable way with the same rules applied to all clubs equally can now forget it.
Jim Spence marchin’ to the beat of a different drum on Shortbread.
ALL HAIL THE MONKEY MESSIAH!
Thank Satan for that.
For a fleeting moment I worried the SFA might just aspire to competence and reject King Dave.
But, no – pinkie-pulling and goat-pumping wins the day and the Huns get the Heid Hun they deserve.
Magic.
No possibility in the near future of anyone with dynamism, savvy, and CASH (i.e MASH) picking up the Zombie franchise from liquidators and making a fist of it.
What they get now is meet the New Boss – same as the Old Boss.
Let’s hope Dave does just as fine an administrative job over this tribute act as he did with the original sinners.
10 in a row, here we go!

Tom English too…
Sportsound, round the table, is the G&SL a F&PP, Spence No, Wilson Yes after a load of waffle, English No.
Did Wilson just say it was tax avoidance NOT evasion???
Tom English gie’in Jim Spence haun’ers.
Spence, what do you need to do to fail the test
Yeah….we had the chance to bury sevco, we never took it, thanks to the old firmers and their bigot pound.
Watch the cheating and entitlement, and rampant honest mistakery gather serious pace now
The SFA have just informed them…that they are free to cheat.
We were warned…We stood by and watched.
They will be cheating their way to Europe…very, very soon.
Well done the Celtic board…never noticed a thing, too busy looking the other way.

nicked from mcfc on TSFM…
Qatar profoundly embarrassed by football corruption – reconsidering friendly with Scotland after King F&P decision.

When is Craig White’s trial due to start?
The inevitability of the SFA decision today is really quite boring.
If they applied their newly drafted rule book they could not have passed King or for that Matter, Murray , fit and proper.
The ironic state of affairs is that in the wake of our hero Craigy they modified their rule book.
First challenge to the new rule book and the rules are broken .
You have to ask the question ‘ who could actually be deemed not fit and proper?’
IMO nobody.
Anyway Kings bluff has now been called and he better whack in millions or he’ll be run out of town.
In the meantime we’ll quietly go a bout getting 10 in a row.
Dick Wilson doesn’t know hee haw but it’s the right decision…
Mark Burchill another soup taker !!!!
Where’s that list gone o soup-takers btw?

Bummer Brown on now….
Bomber, where’s the deeds, thinks is a great decision.
Next thing you know the Zombies will be making deals with the Dallas Cowboys, oh hold on…
Free The 500 Million White Walkers..
Ole Bomber on Shortbread now.
He’s leadin’ the ole DK circle jerk.
shoosh bhoys shoosh.
BGX currently comtemplating whether it’s SPRINGBURN PARK boating pond or ALLY PARADE pond.
go for it billy bhoy.
Surely King is without doubt a fit and proper person to run the club currently playing out of Ibrox. The fact that no other club would let him within a mile of their board room is equally clear.
Almore @ 18:03 No prob with the ticket. I,m down in Glasgow on Sat morning, so let’s arrange a rendevous. Hail Hail Hebcelt

Bottom line, really …. !!!!
Bommur – the ugly voice of hundom.
“The Scottish FA can confirm it has now received this supplementary documentation in full and the board is satisfied Mr King is Fit and Proper in terms of Article 10.2.”
South African authorities:
He”s a cheat a liar a thief and not to be trusted.
SFA: great! Result! That’ll dae us ! Next?
Bommer on now spouting complete guff and fantasy.

4 Million,….Whit,.. canny see Big Peter having that.
Not a chance in hell.
Peter will offer 350,000, not a penny more,
because it might impinge on his massive salary and bonuses.
HH
Bomber happy the deeds are in the hands of RRM.
…or are they?
Threatening, sinister menacing tone from weel – kent huns……..
Btw I heard Richard Wilson on the radio about 5:30. He couldn’t utter the L word in relation to Sevco nor say that King was convicted. Insisted King settled his tax liabilities. He really has taken over as Deniar in chief and it is outrageous that as license payers we pay for his nonsense.
Genius from the SFA. Passed him f&p. The “millions ” fail to materialise. His own fans finally see he has nothing and there’s a big fall out. Nothing to do with SFA.
Too far fetched?
