    I pointed this out earlier, away games against European opposition.

     

    Not only do we lose.

     

    We get taught a footballing lesson.

     

    That’s what hurts so much.

     

    Not losing.

     

    All teams lose.

     

    It’s the way we lose in Scandinavia which angers me.

     

    We look so pedestrian. They look as though when they surge forward they will score every time.

     

    They look full of energy.

     

    They goals they score against us seem infantile to lose.

     

    They look everything we don’t.

     

    So frustrating.

    There is a marked difference in players’ attitude out there tonight.

     

     

    They have an appetite and urgency which we lack.

     

     

    Also, they are a team who play on the break and we should have been prepared for that…we weren’t/aren’t.
