    Disappointing performance from Celtic, in defence tactically.

     

     

    Felt a bit for John Herron who clearly was out of position and wasn’t even asked to try full back, and instead played in no mans land as an extra ‘winger’.

     

     

    If you’re going to give the bhoy his debut at least give him a chance?

     

     

    Anyway NFL just wanted the bhoy on the park and we’ll see him again in centre mid hopefully, with some game time under his belt.

     

     

    None of this mattered because NFL thinks Celtic are Scotland’sBrazil except Motherwell didn’t read the script, and found huge gaps in the defence, easy to fill.

    FT 3-3 Good game Celts not at their best. Defence all over the place with the midfield not commanding. Young Herron contributed more than some of his team mates. Ye know, we are the CHAMPIONS.

    Good game. Defence a shambles from start to finish. Finished the game with 5 attackers and no shape to the team. Glad LG scored, a poachers goal, something we have not seen for a while.

    Great game. Pity we lost that late goal but nonetheless, the Bhoys did very well to get back into the game when 0-2 down.

     

     

    MIB denies us a clear penalty. They go up the park and score a good goal in injury time. Time is wasted in goal celebration. We go upfield, Balde wins a corner, ref blows for full-time without adding a second for the ‘Well goal. That’s life for us in the SPL.

    Johansen, like the Celtic defence very poor today.

     

    It puzzles me why Commons didn’t take the free kick right in front of the goals at the end of the game. Strange decision to say the least.

    Really good match though we really should have put it to bed in the second half. Griffiths booked but Sutton not . Says a lot. Commentary and particularly the presenter absolutely disgraceful. Back to the days of Blue Peter Thomson.
