  1. How poor was Danny Rose at that goal.

Lost McGinn and then went to ground

Left backs, can’t live with them, can’t live without them.

    Spurs stadium very impressive BTW

Good to see you on as well, think SSB mentioned the Motherwell Donnelly was an ex-Celt … they were probably too busy destroying Bolingoli to check their facts … but our media don’t really bother about factual stuff :-)

What happened on March2015, My memory is dwindling by the day, can’t even remember what happened yesterday.

I done the dirty on the guys that were at the doo.I was first in to the Blane and spoke to the boss Jonathon and asked if I could get the drinks on a tab,and warned him not to let anyone buy a round of Drinks. Same happened when we went to the Bacchus across the road.

Your observations are bang on ….she hasn’t aged well at all…LOL

Totally agree about bringing WANYAMA back . why are we using people out of position when we have money in the bank ???

K is a gorgeous young lady. Her da has a portrait in the attic.

    Dorian Gray stylee 😉👍💚

  6. Wanyama would be a great signing IMHO.

Would allow us to spell Brown and or use them both in Champions League games

Friday 13/03/2015 was Cqn11 it was the charity doo for Malawi ?? Tommy Boyd, Tommy Coyne, Archie MacPherson & others were the speakers … I only remember it as it was my stag doo (most guys have strippers or weekends in magaluf) you tried to buy my two tables drinks and tried to convert them all to CQN … to this day I think about 5 are still lurkers and the rest think the Timternet is full of eijits :-)

Would have loved to get him but the ship has sailed, I’m at peace with it. Good to see him doing well, he is pally with my younger brother.

  9. Can’t write this stuff – new UKIP leader is one Richard Braine – it’s ok, I’ll wait …………

  10. David17 5.54pm

I also would have liked is to have signed him … although I think he might have got a lot more yellow & red cards in Scotland than England and I think he picked up a fair few in the championship last season

  11. Gerryfaethebrig.

    Thanks.

The biggest issue I have with this site, is how unreliable it’s become, it keeps logging me off, I kinda see it as Paul giving me a hint. :-)

Not like our media, just to make things up, eh.

  12. GFTB.

    I remember that night well.

I had the Original holy goalie sitting right next too me,but the date meant nothing to me when wrote it.

John McGinn and his twin sister are friends of my niece and nephew. Must know your young brother.

On iPhone I turn safari off and not a problem with CQN at all … maybe P67 should make it harder for me to post :-)

    Oldtim67 6.04pm

It was a terrific night… a newly signed Stuart Armstrong also made an appearance as one of my brothers and one of my nephews got their photo taken with him and the big cup plus it was through organising that night I first met Lennybhoy … I can only apologise to him & Fred Colon for the minibus journey back to the brig :-)

  15. Gerryfaethebrig.

    I use my kindle.

Java Script turned off, I’ve never had a problem, until recently.

When you refresh,, it logs you out and puts you back to page 1.

It’s not only me, a few have posted, similar.

It the few, that’s on Paul’s, I’ve had enough of you list. :-)

  16. Delaneys Dunky on

Would welcome Stuart Armstrong and Victor Wanyama back at Celtic no probs. We have the money in the bank to pay their wages.

  17. Philbhoy 6.05pm

In the Spl I think you could add a few good more on …. anyhow he had the chance to “live the dream” and again as somebody who wants Scotland to do well I hope John does ok in the EPL, always like to see Celtic fans do well

Still think Ryan Christie wouldn’t have got a sniff if we signed him, Calmac would have been moved forward and our midfield might have been less potent

By the way … Man management think Neil (the dinosaur) has managed Ncham very well… or maybe Peter Lawell has ordered Neil to get him in the team Ligue Un can still buy our players …. Peter Lawell is Dick Dastardly … fact

  18. Delaneys Dunky on

    GFTB

Do not buy your argument. Ryan Christie and John McGinn would thrive in the same team, as Steve Clarke will prove in the Scotland team.

  19. JNP 6.15pm

Not got a clue then… with my phone MissGFTB picks it up to check school blog (even in summer holidays?) so first thing she says … is safari on or off … I only use my phone for CQN or betting … hence why my daughter asks about safari :-)

  20. DELANEYS DUNKY on 10TH AUGUST 2019 6:04 PM

Probably, my brother is more friendly with Steven and Paul. He was at Stephen’s wedding this year.

  21. DD 6.22pm

Am not arguing … Ryan was miles away from a first team starter for us last summer … “if” John had lived his dream and signed I think Ryan would have been further down the pecking order… Ryan came into our first team at Murrayfield …. “if” John had lived his dream Ryan would have been further out the picture … Stevie Clarke moght benefit for us not signing John last summer

My niece was in John and his sister’s year at school. My nephew the two years below. All played fitba together. Saint Peter the Apostle Clydebank have produced some amount of professional fitba players recently. Something in the Clydebank water? 😊👍🍀

  23. Samsung Galaxy S7, Adblock Plus, DuckDuckGo browser, never had a problem with CQN.

Good result today after an indifferent start, probably due to European match, 4.30am return Thursday and early ko Saturday. Looking forward to Tuesday and hopefully a win to guarantee us European football until Christmas at least.

They play in different midfield roles.

Scotland will play McGinn, Christie and McGregor in the same team. That could have been the Celtic midfield.

  25. McGinn was a player lost, you can’t have enough good players, not sure he ever said no to us? He could have ran his contract down, which i think Lawwell was hoping for, as Petrie probably wouldn’t have sold him to us.

  26. DD 6.37pm

Totally get their positions … my point is Ryan would have been further out the picture if we signed £3m player from Hibs … we already had Calmac and our captain in two of the midfield slots with Ncham, Rogic and others well ahead of Ryan …. I think Brendan stumbled across Ryan as many many Celtic fans didn’t think he was good enough, myself included (but not NorrieM) … simple question Ryan just now or McGinn fae Hibs … because that’s in my view what it comes down to … we sign John … then I don’t think we’d have Ryan the player right now, again like you and David17 and many others I wanted McGinn but we “could” have lost Ryan Christie … so I would prefer to take that point of view

Glass always Celtic full … (or even fool :-)

  27. Me, I’d always take a 5-2 over a 3-0 any day of the week. So, on that basis I equally cannot complain over the 2 goals we conceded today.

I do realise it’s not quite as simple as that and our defence, in general, does need to improve.

Finally, a wee song, ” Your love is Kristoffer Ajer, than I’ve ever been lifted before….”.

Aff oot to my Godson’s 40th……

  28. If Ryan Christie had been allowed to leave Celtic, it would have been an indictment on Brendan Rodgers and the coaching staff at Celtic Football Club. I’ve been banging on for ages about the talent we had in Ryan Christie. He was an EXPERIENCED Premier League player when we bought him. He played for Inverness Caley Thistle for two whole seasons. He was raved about in the media as being the next big thing. He scored two goals against us at Celtic Park. He was still a teenager. He was always a great player. His problem was that he had a slight build. He rectified that by himself in the gym. Ryan should have been cosseted and nurtured and used wisely. We got lucky, extremely lucky that he came on at Murrayfield and I am very glad that I was there to witness it. My bro-in-law and I are two of his biggest fans.

  29. DD 6.52pm

I heard Neil say on the radio the other week when speaking of Ryan ….

thank goodness I didn’t sign him for Hibs :-)

    Everything happens for a reason
